Breakfast was a very carb-heavy, bready affair; would have been nice to have some yogurt or other protein. Otherwise, room was large & comfortable. The dining room attendant was on task & visible.

The front desk worker was behind a glass window, between the entry doors, sleeping. She was actually annoyed to have to wake up, let me in and check me in. It was 1 am and i was traveling with my family. When we got upstairs it looked as if someone stuck their hand in poop and wiped it on the wall outside of the door. Inside our room the beds and towels were clean. Shower and toilet were behind a pocket door...gross. But the man moaning next door was probably the best part... this following me trying to tell my kids the banging on the wall was probably to get them to go to sleep and stop talking. 🙈

Beth at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms were clean, great lighting, and soft bed. Coffee was surprisingly good! A couple spots where the property was showing some age and could use upkeep (carpet in hallways, light fixture above check in desk) All in all, for a last minute booking at a budget property, great overall experience.

I reached the hotel early morning of 2/26. I was booked for three-days... I got there, they reported no hot water & it would be working by morning approx. 9am. I left & came back 3pm there was still no hotel water. I called and spoke with the manager & he appeared rude and short-tempered when he said I'd receive a refund, like it was my fault there was no hot water. Also the rugs throughout the hotel were old & dirty! When I sat on the bed I felt like something was crawling on me skin due to the filth of the old rugs. They really need to change those rugs in the hotel!

There was blood on the carpet near the sink, the room stunk like cigarette smoke even though hotel claimed to be smoke free. The police were pounding on a door near our room around 11:30 pm announcing they were the police requesting the occupants to open the door for unknown reasons. Overall, horrible experience and would not recommend

Hotel manager was super nice and helpful, but hotel is a bit old and run down, for example both treadmills are not working. Not many hot options for breakfast and not many restaurants nearby. Smells bad outside hotel. We had a good night’s rest but would probably look elsewhere next time.

We stayed here again on our way home from vacation. It was quiet, clean, and easy to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was the same as last time and very nice. The carpet isn’t perfect and there’s a bit of peeling paint but I’d still stay here next time I come through this area. Thanks for a good night’s sleep!

Everything was good. We didn’t have any problems. Check in and check out were easy. The room was nice. It was clean. Shopping isn’t too far away and easy to get to.

The room was non smoking but smelled like a fresh cigarette every time we walked in. There was roaches everywhere and the night staff was rude! Checked out after 1st night!

Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.We do have a contract with an external pest control firm and they do preventative maintenance in entire hotel plus we do act on any issue related to pest immediately for pest treatment I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
