Consiglio questa struttura, ma il personale potrebbe migliorare nel servizio e rispettare ciò che compare su Expedia nel momento dell acquisto concerne a cosa è incluso nella camera(es.bollitore,set di cortesia..) Posizione ottima e colazione abbondante.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti con la mia famiglia. Comoda la posizione vicino alla stazione e ai giardini di Tivoli. Bella la vista dalla stanza che si affacciava sul planetario. Colazione continentale varia e abbondante. Gentile il personale. Da curare il bagno e la pulizia.

The hotel is located at 7 min from The central station and very close to the other monuments and place to see. Room was good not too big. Break ffastis very good you can eat in a very comfortable area. There are cakes, eggs, fruit, danish ham , yogurt, pan cake and any kind of food. There is a consierge service for your laggage, just in case you can store the baggage also the check out. People at thee desk very friendly and helpfull.

Ottima posizione, centrale ma tranquilla e con la piacevolezza del canale (e della passeggiata intorno) a portata di mano. Ben servita dai mezzi che comunque se si ha voglia di passeggiare nemmeno sono indispensabili. Stanza (doppia letto king) ampia e comoda con un divano da lettura panoramico spettacolare, materasso comodissimo, bagno un pochino da sistemare ma efficiente e spazioso. Colazione fantastica come da tradizione della catena.

Good hotel, staff a little pushy on the upsell at check-in, well kept hotel. Booking breakfast times seems a little archaic but always a good selection available. Very convenient location wise and hotel clean throughout. Would stay again.

Nothing to write home about. Rooms are spacious but not particularly comfortable. Standard rooms have no hand cream/body lotion (essential as water is soooo hard) or tea/coffee making facilities which is disappointing. Restaurant however does very good food. Bar prices are exorbitantly.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to Tivoli and 10 min walk to central area but still needed to get subway to other areas. Nice breakfast and rooms do the job, shame no pool or entertainment for kids.

Great hotel, very convenient location for central Copenhagen and easy to get around. Staff all pleasant and friendly, breakfast very good. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had tea/coffee in the rooms

アメニティがトイレットペーパー、シャンプー、リンスのみ。ティッシュも無いです。あとはコップ、ハンガー、ドライヤー、金庫ぐらいです。 ポットやスリッパ、歯ブラシ、ひげ剃り、その他はなんにもありません。 仕事で仕方なく予約しましたが、一泊３万近く払って、あのクオリティは日本人からしたらあり得ないと思います。 部屋も狭いし、サービス、設備も最小限。 朝食のレベルも日本の5000円〜8000円のビジネスホテルレベル。物価の違いが片付けて良いものか・・・。

Dejligt centralt hotel tæt på centrum. Vi fik en fantastisk udsigt ud over søerne. Værelset var fint, savnede dog muligheden for at kunne lave en kop kaffe😊 Dejlig og lækker morgenbuffet med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Vi kommer gerne tilbage

Værelset er fint renoveret og med fantastisk udsigt( topfloor) Selve hotellet er utroligt kedeligt og der sker intet. Det var ikke muligt at bestille noget ved ankomsten bort set fra indkøb i maskiner. Morgenbuffet var trods udvalget ligegyldig. Alt var koldt, æg, pølser, bacon o.s.v. Kommer ikke igen

Wonderful hotel.
We always stay at the Scandic when we visit Copenhagen, which is usually once or twice a year, as it is always excellent in every respect. Very central to city too.

Ind check kl 15 Lange køer. Ved den ene kø uoplært personale ved skranken. Får et forkert værelse. Og skal betale for det selv om vi havde betalt for det værelse som var bestilt…det tog 1 time yderligere for at få vores rigtige værelse.

Helt ok, men langt ifra topp opplevelse.
Helt ok opphold. Frokosten var grei, men ikke topp utvalg. Sluket på badet var nesten tett. Treningslokelet var greit, men begge sepe-dispensere i dusjene var både tomme og ødelagte, så det ble en vann-dusj. Dyrt med late-checkout (rommet var jo åpenbart ledig). Manglet kjøleskap på rommet (juniorsuite). Ellers pent hotell med god beliggenhet.
