“We stayed for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. First day of arrival, the only elevator was not working and we had to use the stairs until they finally fixed it on our last day of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels are worn out. Also, there is no air conditioning in the common areas, and can get hot walking up and down the stairs. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the duration of our stay. ”

“Il nostro viaggio è stato splendido anche grazie a questo hotel. Entri in un’oasi di pace lontano dal resto del paese. A partire dall’accoglienza con un drink e una tovaglietta calda. La pulizia è eccellente (anche più volte al giorno), il personale è sempre cortese e sorridente, i servizi (bar, piscina, ristorante) ti fanno godere tutti i momenti della giornata. La sera prima di andare a letto ti portano sempre un dolce accompagnato da una frase ispirazionale. Ma un grazie speciale va a Rod....

“L'albergo è molto bello, nuovo e pulito con una bella piscina. Il Wi-Fi nn funziona bene, ma la connessione nn è buona in tutta l'isola. L'albergo dista 10 minuti con il trycicle dalla cittadina, dove si può mangiare. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il tour prenotato attraverso loro. Ci hanno portato al porto e lasciati lì senza supporto, in balia di noi stessi. Se nn fosse stato per la mia determinazione avremmo saltato una gita bellissima, l'Escapade Tour, che consiglio vivamente. ”

“The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.”

“I love the privacy of this property!! We received a warm welcome. Staff very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Check-in process relatively easy. Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. Need a map for guests to facilitate with awareness of amenities. I did love that they had bikes to use in the island!! Understand the challenges of being on a private island but...

"Room super small and full of small insects, the worst part was the bathroom, there were no separation with the shower so every time we took shower all the bathroom was flooding. We asked for addition towel and they charged us. The second day they didn't even cleaned up the room. A/C right above the head of the bed and in not a good status so either there were 30 degree either 5. The worst experience was the transfer to the airport ( charged separately almost 20 euros for 20km) The driver was super aggressive and always driving talking on the phone and super fast. They treated us like animal and they try to put inside the van more person possibile meaning the trip was really difficult. They almost destroyed my luggages then I try to say something and the driver says in very rude way literally “ if you are not happy with the service go down and take another one”. 20 km of journey took us 1 hour because plus almost 30 min waiting in the airport. If you are still on time I strongly suggest to avoid this."
