“We were very pleased with our stay here. It was very conveniently located, secure, and clean. We liked the full kitchen, cold A/C, strong wifi, comfortable beds, gated property with secure parking, nice pool, washer and dryer, location (across the street from the beach), and the dive rinse tub (an unexpected surprise). “Christopher is a great communicator. We felt like we were staying at home with his family. The garden area and pool are very beautiful and relaxing. Free wifi was a plus. The unit we stayed in was older but very clean. Loved that we could make our meals. No frills and affordable. The best part of this place is the location downtown, very walkable to avoid the expensive taxis. We learned the moto-taxis which was extremely convenient and inexpensive. We will definitely return. Thank you!”

“Property is centrally located to all the activities. Check in is very easy .Property was quiet and has a security staff that is friendly and helpful . Host was responsive. The pool was great . Point to remember is the Jacuzzi is not heated which many visitors would expect. We were very happy and comfortable there and ate at Gusto's Restaurant next door many times as they had delicious food.”

I was remote working during my stay and only a couple internet issues typical of the network in Cozumel. It faces the street so there's a lot of noise from cars, scooters and people talking, laughing, etc. It was very difficult to have a good sleep even with earplugs. It is extremely noisy. “The rental is very large and roomy. It is located across from the beach. There is no beach view from the rental. There is no view at all from it. The windows in the rental face other rentals and the curtains covering those windows are sheer and do not reach all the way to the ground.
