Nice staff and amenities were good. This is an older hotel but for the price it was on point. Wish there were more food options but the food was decent. The resort was pretty quiet so it felt very private.

The people that work in the resort are the best. KADA at the pool made the best drinks and was always so friendly. William in the dinning roon was fantastic. They are really the reason we keep going back. Keep up the good work. Thanks for another great vacation.

The property and grounds previous to the wyndham acquisition were much better maintained and pleasant. Specifically the coconut palms surrounding the pool and the grounds in the same area. The much higher rates currently charged as opposed to rates prior to wyndham taking over seem to be excessive as the hotel was much better maintained and grounds keepers were better at their duties. I will return, although there was a time, not too long ago, that the entire resort was more pleasant. Dive shop and service staff were and still are top notch.

the staff were very good and friendly, the food was good, the rooms were very old and in run down condition, some were being renovated while we were there, the pool is in bad condition, algae and dirt in the tile grout, missing tiles, there is limited shade around the pool, just palm trees providing some shade, we are not divers and this is basically a divers resort. There were two day that there were up to 100 small children allowed to use the resort and this was very noisy and disruptive to the guests

I love it here because its walking distance to Mega and other restaurants and shops. Excellent snorkeling and good food for an all inclusive. Staff is very friendly and always helpful.

They stay was nice, and hotel conditions were good. Food was ok. We discovered a lot of escorts working the hotel which made it awkward for us there. Overall the place was nice for the price but we will stay elsewhere next time we visit.

The proximity to the dive center is great and borrowing bikes to take to the plaza was perfect. The place is not fancy or glamorous but the staff are great and it’s very clean.

Staff seemed annoyed to help us with our luggage from the very beginning. We would smile & say hello or good evening every day & would be ignored by all staff. Tried to order room service & was told we needed to go down to the pool to order. When we tried ordering at the pool they said the menu item was not available.

The service was wonderful and every staff member was great, the bathrooms were small, this place reminds me of a vintage style Mexico. I would like maybe some updated showerheads in the bathroom, hair conditioner and an overall repaint.There was lots of variety in food options, but we loved the tacos at dinner the best. This is not your American fare, so the variety is not what some maybe used too, but we really enjoyed it all. There were not many people who participated in the activities, so that made it hard to enjoy, i think people were there to dive. Which I highly recommend when coming here.

we had a wonderful experience here! the hotel room is a bit simple but super clean. the staff here is super kind and helpful. we did all inclusive and amazed by the variety of fruit they have. we love it! obvisoupy you can eat and drink as much as you want… beach bar is great! they also have a nice small playa but perfect for afternoon swim and snorkeling.

I have stayed at Hotel Cozumel for over 15 years multiple times every year. I have always been satisfied with the how I was treated like family by the staff. However, if I’m put in a handicap room again, when I am not handicapped and the hotel is not full I will not come back and I will seek out a new place to stay. This has happened in December 2023 and April 2024. I have always felt safe here and I’ve always felt safe walking several miles every day.

We had a lovely stay here for 2 weeks. The food was excellent, just opt for the fresh food which is cooked on the grill and you wont be disappointed. I loved having a freshly made omelette everyday. It's super close to town, 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive, so it was close to all the essential things. What holds me back putting on anymore stars is that the whole hotel is a bit tired and could do with a refurb. The towels could do with being changed too. However, for a lower end of the market cost hotel it was great value and we had a wonderful time.

Not many food choices. Limited activities. Good for older couples looking to relax but its basically just a hotel with a pool. The rooms are outdated. We had 2 rooms (6 people) one rooms bathtubs paint was peeling and corroding. The curtains were stained, had to ask for towels to be replaced 3 out of the 7 days we were there. They would take the towels when cleaning the room and leave us with nothing or less than needed.the staff was friendly and tried to be as helpfull as possible

The place was beautiful and conveniently located. The staff at the resort were the nicest people!

Location was good access to an actual beach would be nice never really got to snorkel due to weather so didn’t get to enjoy ocean like I would have liked

Nice property, walkable from ferry, but taxi preferred. Staff is extremely helpful and amenities are great. Just don’t assume luxury place.

No me gustó, el que no tuvieron mi reserva, segun que la persona encargada de ese dato, se retiró a las 5 pm ,y no pudieron localizar...asi que TUVE QUE HACER OTRA RESERVA Y PAGAR EN EL HOTEL ... UN PRECIO MAS CARO, NO ME RESPETARON MI RESERVA DE EXPEDIA

The resort is an older one. Looks like they are starting to update it. I would consider it a 3 star, as opposed to the 4.5 it is listed under. Most of the rooms are 2 double beds (even if you book 1 king). Food is ok, not horrible, but not amazing either. However the staff are great, and they have free snorkeling equipment and a great place to do it right outside the resort. This is a place scuba divers love . It seems to be a hub for them. If you are there for the Ocean more than the resort it might be perfect for you!
