“My booking was as perceived from their advert for a caravan with lake and sea views with steps to the upper level /roof terrance. I booked with ebookers ,their adverstising is misleadingly. When i mentioned this at reception I was told it says its for illustration purposes !! Id need to take it up with ebookers. Which i agreed with. Would I book with this company again. Most definately not. Caravan was fine..clean and tidy.Barmouth bay site lovely. No views of the beach or no seating...

“This hotel is a right little gem in the heart of Barmouth. It’s such an easy review as everything was perfect and I would come back to Barmouth just to stay here. Staff so pleasant and welcoming and the room was wanting for nothing. We didn’t eat here but that’s something to look forward to next time. ”

“We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. “We enjoyed the holiday largely due to the weather. The chalet is small. Had the weather been bad we'd have gone crazy in the chalet. It is showing signs of age. Several pieces of furniture are slightly damaged. The fridge was not working properly and it was when we tried to contact the owner that we found the link in the vrbo email doesn't work. “This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.”
