We loved the convenience to be able to easily walk to the old town. The staff were attentive and kind. The breakfasts bountiful. The property authentic and very clean. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

The hotel was situated on a very convenient location but not in the craziness of the busy center. It was located on walking distance from everything. An Bang beach was a pleasant bike ride away. Staff was very helpful.

Customer service impeccable at every point. From Ms. Nga at the reception to all restaurant staff... Compared to our first hotel in Hanoi which was significantly more expensive, La Charm exceeded all expectations.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location
The location of this hotel was ideal, just a short walk along the river to the old town - perfect spot. The hotel staff were excellent and really go above and beyond to ensure that you are having a pleasant stay, everyone was so friendly. The hotel offers a range of tours as well which they can help book - whilst we did not use them, the hotel still gave us plenty of advice. We borrowed bikes (for free) and enjoyed cycling round the area across the many bridges and seeing the other side of Hoi An - can highly recommend this. Amazing for the price paid as well and the breakfast will keep you full until you are ready to hit the street food for dinner!

Very Good Hotel
Very good hotel, very helpful staff. Excellent location a 5 minute walk away from the lively Hoi An centre. Far enough away to be quiet, close enough to enjoy the action.

Charming La Charm Hotel
We stayed four days at La Charm Hotel in Hoi An and it was great! The room was clean, bright and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty, the bikes were free and in good condition. And the staff were very welcoming and helpful in sorting out the various things we wanted to do in and around Hoi An. Ms Loan in particular was very helpful, attentive and hospitable.

We stayed at La Charm for 6 nights but wish it was 6 weeks. Fantastic location, great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Nga checked us in, giving us all the information we needed and was super friendly throughout our stay. Can not faukt the staff and facilities.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in perfekter Lage, 5 Min in die Altstadt zu Fuß. Großes, asiatisches Frühstücks-Buffet. Ist ein recht großes Hotel, dementsprechend touristisch geht es zu. Gute Massagen, dazu mit Pool und (sehr kleinem) Fitness-Raum.

SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION LE MEILLEUR!!
Ne cherchez pas plus loin c'est à LE CHARM qu'il faut absolument réserver. Tout neuf, ouvert il y a 2 mois. Service 5 étoiles +++ Juste à côté de toute l'animation mais sans les nuisances sonores. Les chambres sont magnifiques. La piscine superbe. Une salle de sport. Les petits déjeuners copieux, variés et délicieux. Les plats au restaurant excellents. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins des clients, particulièrement Guyen qui s'est occupée de nous. Mais tous sont aussi adorables. Vélos tout neufs disponibles gratuitement. Réservation de spectacles ou de taxi au juste prix. De très bons conseils pour les visites. Je regrette juste de n'avoir pas eu le temps de tester le spa. Je conseille ce bel hôtel à tout le monde et je reviendrai sans aucun doute! Merci 🙏

Excellent hotel, attentive service, great breakfast, cozy atmosphere. Only stayed for two days but well worth value. Used hotel bike to get around town, super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, as it was extremely comfortable to stay in. Will stay at this hotel again. Not a reflection on the hotel but the weather is quite humid and rainy in October.
