Excellent value, quiet, peaceful. Was able to park close to my room. Room is small, clean, nicely furnished, leather chairs. They are able to keep cost down by requiring deposits for the room conditions, and dishes, the things people steal often. Good idea. Criticisms: Office is closed at 11 pm. You are truly, really screwed if you need to check in, or your key doesn’t work after then. They do not make this really clear on a highly visible part of the web site. If this happens it is a real disaster, which they do not seem to realize. This nearly happened to me twice. I almost was locked out of my room with my stuff in it one night when my key no longer worked after extending my stay, arriving at 10:56 pm. Initial arrival was better because the front desk lady stayed until I arrived, and my frequent updates once my plane was on the ground at 10:35. Less urgent is that there is NO “grab and go” breakfast, as stated on the web site. Overall a very good value. Will stay there again next time I am in Dallas.

Arrived at 11:30 pm, not realizing the front office closes at 11. The front desk person had stayed late and was expecting me. She checked me in and assigned me to a room. I got to the room and opened the door only partially, as there were mattresses blocking entry into the room. I returned to the front office and was told by the security officer that the desk person had left in her car. No one was answering the phone at the national office or at the phone number posted at the door. I had to sleep in my car that night. Never again!

If you plan on staying you won’t be able to get there after 11pm as no one can receive you. Still trying to get my money back. the credits I earned where used to stay here and are lost. Hope this helps lost time and money.

Property was nice and what seemed to be a safe area. The staff were helpful. However, a spider or flea bit me several times in the morning while I was sleeping. Not returning due to poor pest control.

I want a full refund. They gave my room away even though we paid and gave us a single room under the table for the night despite the fact we were two people. The room smelled heinous and ther were dead roaches on the floor. We decided to leave within a few minutes and booked another hotel. Worst stay experience ever, please get me in touch with someone who can get me a refund.

Decent, not fancy. It’ll do.
It was decent. Clean enough. A small space but it would be appropriate for a week’s stay if you need a simple kitchen. It’s dated, but clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Not wild about the under the window air unit that blows cold air on you all night, but then some people love that. An extra blanket would have been great for those of us who don’t. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay there again in a pinch.

Tina at the front desk was wonderful. However, when we reached our room we smelt cigarette smoke upon entering. Then we checked the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the floor and another on the table in the kitchen. They were both alive and moving around. Neither my coworker nor I were comfortable staying there after that. We were offered a different room but opted not to. Thankfully, I did recieve a full refund so that was a relief. In hindsight, we should have looked at another room to see if it were better - the area has many hotels but all were booked full so we ended up driving to Arlington to stay after we confirmed a room there was available.

I didn't expect anything fancy for the price, but I wish the "breakfast" lasted longer. Check out was at 11am, we checked out at 950 and breakfast was already gone. Other than that, it was a quiet area and it's a good place to stay if you're just passing by.

Can't make this up
We checked in and went to our room. Opened the door to find that the room had not been cleaned. Called the front desk and explained what we found. No problem come back to the front desk and we'll give you another room. It took me less than 2 minutes to get back to the front desk only to find that no one was there. A sign on the counter said that they were helping another guest. I waited between 10 to 15 minutes and no one showed up. Frustrated I left the keys on the counter and left.

The place is located in a nice area, in fact, the property looks very well maintained outside. However, upon opening our room it had a strong smell of smoke, the bed was highly filthy with bodily fluid stains, human hair, and other nasty stuff that we couldn't figure out what it was. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, she apologized for the room's condition and placed us in a different one. Unfortunately, the other room although the bed was in much better condition seemed the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in quite some time. At this point, we were too tired to make another complaint so we decided to keep the room since it was only for one night. Whoever is in charge of housekeeping in this place needs to be fired. This was a nightmare of a stay. Staff was disorganized and spaced-out, room smelled of marijuana, shower pipe was broken, tub was clogged, stains on counter tops, people camped outside the parking lot at night, broken locks in doors.....beware. Management will deny your complaints and not fix issues.

When I showed up at 11:30 after I booked at 11pm the doors were locked and my Uber had drove off . Finally a lady came and told me they were sold out and I kept telling her no I already paid for this room and she argued with me for about 10 mins about how they didn’t have a room. And they were sold out. Now I’m in tears as I don’t have a ride , my phone is almost dead and I don’t have a charger and now I don’t have a place to stay and I’m somewhere I don’t know anything about the area also it’s 11:30 at night and rainy , then she goes oh is your name Sarah? Oh let me check on your room. I go to the grossest room that reeks of cigarettes and regret. And proceed to attempt to sleep lol . No coffee no water no vending machines . Over 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

A good place
This hotel was good the only thing was a few nets but other than that it was a nice place to stay and clean for an extended stay there wasn’t any cups I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will be using this hotel again

-Al llegar esperamos mas de 30 minutos para que nos atendieran. -luego nos dijeron que no había habitación pero les dije que tenia una bebe esperando en el carro. -luego me dieron una habitación que nunca la encontré. - en la búsqueda de la habitación una pareja de pandilleros nos pidieron dinero. - también varias personas estaban fumando al parecer droga. horrible experiencia. tuve que buscar otro hotel y pedir el reembolso.
