Rockwall Urban Oasis w/Pool/Spa/Gameroom -Walk to Park, Lake, Grocery⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible Home w/ loads of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Ping Pong and Cornhole set up in the garage. Spa heated between 645-10pm every night. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, Full lux bathroom, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. Separate Room upstairs set up with XBOX ONE gaming system & games, chairs. Yet another Room set up as a YOGA Studio with Mirrors, fan, TV w/ Yoga DVD's and Yoga Mats. We are right across the street from a gorgeous park with walking trails & lake. Just 2 blocks away from a grocery w/ Starbucks and less than 1 mile from the local YMCA where you can get in a workout if you wish. Dozens of Restaurants in our area to try and very convenient to I30 for access to downtown or other areas of Dallas. Come and stay a while! Youll be glad you did

Fantastic!
Our family loved our stay! Our boys enjoyed the game room and of course the pool and hot tub. The locations to the sites we seen was perfect so nothing was a far drive but we were still in a peaceful location. All of this along with the wonderful communication with the hosts is why we will be back!! Thank you for everything!

Wedding party stay
Place was very nice and as described. Family in from out of town for wedding. Great place and location! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the Rockwall area. Many local place nearby! Would definitely stay and or recommend again!

Spring getaway
We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The upstairs playroom / bedroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a game room with an xbox that worked great for our crew, along with a retro arcade machine that was a lot of fun too. Located in Rockwall, close to shops and restaurants downtown and just across the street from a nice walking trail, this house is on a quiet street easy access from Dallas but almost felt like it was in the country. I would recommend to anyone, it was the perfect oasis for our family to get some down time and enjoy each other.

The Bride's Family
Mother and Father of the Bride shared this home with their siblings. Comfortably housed 4 couples downstairs and 4 teens upstairs. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils! Loved the location and backyard! Highly recomend!

Fantastic Vacation Property!
First, thank you Ryan & Roxy for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the most well stocked home on VRBO that we have stayed in. “We” are a group of 10 high school friends in our late 70’s who meet once or twice a year for a girls fix of fun and laughter and rent houses in Texas once or twice a year. Back to the provisions…our group had all of the coffee, paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc that we needed plus a lot more. Some places only provide starter packs, so this was a plus! Everything was spotless, hosts are super accommodating and very responsive. The house had a great layout for both privacy as well as communal lounging around. Backyard and pool perfect. Don’t pass this one up if you are in the area.

Great place to stay
We loved staying in this beautiful house. It was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for our family of eight. It has lots of things to do right there at the house, and it is right next to a pleasant lake with a trail. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Fantastic!
We had a fantastic family rendezvous from three corners of the US to watch the eclipse here! We ranged in age from 9-79 years old and everyone thought it was a wonderful place! This beautiful home was clean, well-equipped, well-maintained, and big enough for all of us to still have personal space. There was so much for the kids to do, as well as the adults. We will treasure the family time we had here together. We will definitely return if we are in the area again. The host was very flexible and responsive. One note: While the entire property appeared to be within code, there are several lips in the flooring and some 2"-3" steps, particularly outside. This could be difficult for someone who has difficulty walking, especially if they shuffle their feet.
