M room had used sheets. When I requested clean one, they were never put on. No toiletries other than small bar hand soap. Front desk person was nice but couldn’t help with changes or cancellations because he didn’t know how. The front door was busted and could only close with a latch. Signs of bedbugs and in general filthy. It it was 58 dollars so get what you pay for

Supposed to have two non- smoking rooms. One stunk so bad asked for another room. It also smelled and had trash in it. First room smelled but we crowded in and made do. (It also smelled) Pathetic experience. Description of property was NOTHING like it actually was. Only could tolerate 2 nights out of three that were reserved. I am so disgusted it is difficult to write this review.

The only thing I hated about it was that there was NOT a microwave or a fridge in any of the rooms. I’m sorry but u can’t stay in a hotel for more the a day without a microwave or fridge.

Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk and got the key to my room. Inside I discovered a hole in the wall being covered by a trash bag, linens were stained with what looked like blood, only half a roll of toilet paper, no toiletries whatsoever and the heat didn’t work at all. When I told the front desk about the heat, all that was done was a space heater that didn’t work. Eventually another working space heater was provided but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Didn't have a 2 bed, nonsmoking room available. I booked this a year in advance. Ended up in a smoking room. The room was in very poor condition but was clean. The room above us had dogs, which were running around and barking constantly.

This was the worst hotel ever. No hot water dirty smelled funny. The guy at the desk was rude when I called to ask about the water. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom.

The environment was absolutely disgusting, the room was filthy and reeked of smoke. Someone among the staff stole a pair of shoes. I was scared to sleep in this atmosphere. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. This property was filthy, falling apart, doors would not shut completely, the adjoining door would not shut and had a chair against it to hold it as shut as you could get it. My husband used a sanitized wipe on the remote and it was black when he was done. TV didn’t work anyway. Property was not maintained. There was a car setting on jacks on the side of hotel. We left!!!!!

This place is a dump!
Toilet & shower not clean, room stunk of smoke. Next room toilet was worse (mold in it) & reeked of smoke. Only good point was refund was issued without so much as a question. They must be used to it. Not first time in a Motel 6, but definitely the last.

My husband and I stay at a lot of value hotels, so we are not the type to care when a place isn’t the nicest. You get what you pay for. But this place was BEYOND the limit for unacceptable. I genuinely cannot overstate how uncomfortable we were here. In no particular order, here are the issues we dealt with. The was no trash cans in the room, or a remote for the tv. The entire room smelled heavily of smoke residue, despite specifically requesting a smoke free room. The smoke detector was covered with a bag and duct taped. The toilet handle and faucet were both incredibly loose. There was a section of the ceiling that was literally falling apart. All of the outlets were loose, so anything you plugged in would come unplugged constantly, including the tv. There were cockroaches in the room. The walls were even thinner than normally expected, so we could hear our neighbors speaking as a normal volume as if they were in the same room with us. This was especially frustrating since they were constantly shouting at each other, and their dog enjoyed the hobby of constantly barking and growling. The thermostat in the room had no temperature settings, so we either had to be absolutely freezing when it was on, or sweating from the summer heat when we turned it off. We could have handled the freezing temperatures if they at least provided decent blankets, but no, the “blanket” was the width of a standard sheet. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

The room smelled of smoke although I requested nonsmoking. Either you plugged in the microwave or the fridge, not both. No toilet paper holder, rolls just laying on the floor. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. It was a mess. Not worth the money I paid.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Vent was broken and hanging out of the ceiling by the bathroom, faucet knob in bathroom was broken and laying on the sink, multiple burn holes in the comforter on the bed, there was a thermostat in the room but it didn't work, it was so hot in the room we had to have the window open the whole stay.

The area was nice, but the motel was nasty! The room was dirty, and it smelled bad! I have to say that this was the worst stay at a Motel 6 I have ever had!

stay a way from this place
It was bad, very scary, 11.30 pm just as I was fallin a sleep, loud banging on my door. I was petrified, scared for myself, door doesn't close all the way, there was a gap about 1/4 inch end I had to prompt a chair to against the knob. After 3 loud bangs on the door, I was like what do you need? Creepy voice said maintenance and I am like what do you want and he asked if I was using microwave, I am like there is no microwave in the room. After that I waited about 30 minutes and I took off.

The front door had a gap in it on side where it latches so heard everything outside and could be forced open from outside... The bathroom door was is in terrible shape both front top and back of the panelling on the door was ripping off preventing door from shutting all way and the placement on the hinges was bad screws missing on that and front door. One of the bed lamps broken. Tv was best thing and the shower i liked too but didnt stay whole night like i wanted but at that point i knew their was
