“What a great place and hosts. Our experience is that the pictures and descriptions online overpromise, in this case the opposite is true. Its even better! Bill and Lisa thank you for the wonderfull time, for us and the kids. Showing us the canadian way of life. Fishing, shooting enjoying nature. Kids where crying that we had to leave. “Audrey and Tony's place was perfect for 3 families to spend our vacation together. The house had everything you could ever need! The yard was perfect for outdoor games and the patio had so many areas to sit and hangout. The screened outdoor living place worked well for avoiding mosquitoes. There was a fire ban in effect during our stay so we couldn't use the fire pit or pizza oven but they were set up nicely and would have been great to use. Thank you again for the great stay!!”

“We had a great family vacation! The lake was wonderful for the kids to swim and explore, kayaking was fun on the calm water. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The little kids enjoyed the swings and playing games in the yard. Everyone fell in love with the duck that visited every day for treats! Fishing...well...that wasn't so good but it was relaxing. We were quite disappointed the hot tub wasn't available. All in all, though, this was a great place for our annual family...

“Great vibe from the cabin , I can see alot of good times had there over the years , I'm familiar with the area so knew what to expect, hopefully revisit with a couple more people in the future , left a bottle of bailys and champaigne in the fridge , enjoy hahaha”

“Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts.”

“The property was beautiful. Cabin was spacious and well stocked with kitchen appliances and supplies. Very accommodating as the space was well laid out for privacy. Each family had their own bedroom and washroom to use. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.”

“I loved the way the owners have a large selection of vhs' to take to your room. The room was clean. The lake is beautifully nestled in a small valley that is not overly polluted with noise from the highway near-by. I was sad that the owners were not able to open their restaurant this year due to staffing issues. But will definitely be back and am looking forward to that Italian meal.”
