Wonderful stay
Since our arrival the front desk personal give us a lot of attention,Mr Mahmout at the reception is very kind ,professional and helpfull,and make our permanence a wonderful journey. He really deserve our compliment .The hotel is a must to be in this area

Bella spa servizio un po meno
Struttura moderna in una zona un po ' disastrata . Molto bella la conformazione circolare con le camere che danno sulla zona centrale con la splendida piscina e idromassaggio. All aperto vi è anche la pisvina termale con acqua caldissima e una specie di grande igloo sotto cui fare il bagno termale , molto piacevole. Nelle camere vi è la vasca dove è anche possibile avere l acqua termale. La SPA è molto bella e pulita con sauna , hammam, ancora idromassaggio termale , doccia emozionale ,stanza al vapore ecc. veniamo ai lato negativi : colazione mediocre per essre un cinque stelle e servizio scadente. Siamo arrivati che la lampada del bagno non funzionava ( quindi non si vedeva nulla) e dopo averlo detto più volte alla reception siamo partiti che la lampada era ancora da cambiare. Nel complesso consigliabile per la struttura e per ka SPA.

AC was not working. Complain about AC but staff did not take any action. Requested Iron 3 times then finally they provided the Iron.

Ferah girişi ile bir spa otele geldigimizi hemen anladık. Odalar geniş ama yataklar rahat değildi. Bu sınıfta bir otelde daha kaliteli yataklar olması gerekir. Arkadaşımın odasındaki klima çalışmıyordu, odalardaki teknik ve mekanik aksamın belli donemlerde kontrolü yapılsa iyi olur.

Otel gerçekten mükemmeldi. Eşim ve çocuğum da çok eğlendi. İstediğimiz gibi termal havuzdan faydalanıp eğlendik.

From the minute we checked in we didn’t like the property, the front desk, manager, even bell boy need customer service training. This is not a 4 or 5 star property but their attitude is high and mighty, they overcharged my Credit card without any explanation, not much dinning option available, Thermal pool was dirty, when we complained to the manager, she started to argue. I asked her to leave a day early and she agreed however I still haven’t seen a refund of 1 night yet. Really disappointed.

liar person. You have to prove that you were paid too much. take a look at how you made the reservation first. When you don't have personal wishes, you only degrade the hotel. helpless person

Great place to stay in Pammukale
Good hotel.. thermal pool was a good thing so We didn’t need to use the public pool in Pammukale. Also the thermal water coming into the bath tubs was also a great thing. To use the water personally in your own bath tub. A special mention to Yousuf who helped us in the restaurant as we are vegetarian and he was very sweet and helpful and organised a lovely dinner for us.

The refrigerator was unplugged and I had all my medicine in it and I called the guy and he said it’ll be all right it will come back on soon

Отличный отель. Термальные и обычные бассейны просто супер 👍 SPA, сауна, паровая, всё просто на высоте. Массаж отличный 👍 Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Только положительные впечатления. Обязательно вернусь ещё раз. Молодцы. 5 звёзд!

스파와 풀장은 아주 좋았습니다 직원들도 친절합니다 그러나 룸 컨디션이 아쉬웠어요.. 바닥에 걸레자국이 그대로 있었고 쉰내가 났습니다 손님이 너무 많아서 룸 청소를 급하게 한 거 같았어요 그 점만 빼면 모두 마음에 들었습니다

Not a five star..bad exepriance
The checkin was quick ..however the man had no interest of guest..he hardly smiled or even wellcimwd us to the hotel. He told us about the swiming pools opening times and he forgot to mention about the need to book a aslot for inside one..when we got there the two ladies insisted we have to make reservation..although no one there...do we end up going to outside open on. Then the breakfast time next day was not at all matching comments given by reviewers..my husband took a dry fig..and something crawelled out of it. It was notmal breakfast.. My son with his wife orderd food to their room for diner ..and he told me he could not eat it. Definatly not a 5 star hotel...not service...food.. How a five star hotel does not have even cofee maker or tea in rooms?
