No smoke detectors in the rooms and all emergency exits are bolted shut. Also there is a scheme with people not staying at the hotel having key cards and access to the rooms. Don’t leave your valuables in there. Brought all this up to management, they don’t care. I will be taking this up with Wyndham corporate as these are very serious safety concerns. Do your self a favor and do not stay here.

We have always enjoyed the breakfasts but here there was no real breakfast. no scrambled eggs, no breakfast meats no potatoes, just hard boiled eggs, yogurt and waffles not even a banana. Will check if real breakfast is served before- I would ever consider .booking another room. If you are not serving a real breakfast do not say you are.

The room was clean for the most part, beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was that the property is in disrepair and has been for some time. The outer doors that are supposed to be locked 24 hours a day don't lock, so literally anyone off the street can walk in. It was that way last October. The location was convenient for our stay, but the company needs to step up their game as far as updating/cleaning/repairing the property.

Place is in need of not only updating but like the shears on my window were dry rotted and shredded. I’m not super picky but I just seems unmonitored for such a large quantity of hotels you’d do good by seeing the properties in person to assess. Sry just a snippet of my less than average experience.

The front desk staff was so rude and hostile that we literally cancelled our stay and booked a different hotel.

The carpet on the 4th floor was stained for about 80 feet with something that was not cleaned up. One time there was leaf and mud litter from the elevator halfway down the hall. The "Breakfast" consisted of a waffle, or a bagel with limited spreads, a boiled egg, or a small yogurt. That to me is not a breakfast. I will not "ever" stay at an La Quinta again. And as a Google reviewer I will spread the news to stay away from this chain. Never saw anyone but the front desk staff, so I don't know anything about them.

The sheets were dirty, and one of the pillowcases was dirty as well. There was multiple nights where other guests were loud arguing making noise, playing loud Music until 3 AM.

ONE SOAP and the soap size is SO tiny.... not adequate for two people in room. Given one tiny shampoo, no conditioner, coffee pots have plastic baskets for coffee pod so i worry about PSAF'S. Good things: comfortable beds and pillows, appears clean, great heat/ac control.

Property is run down a bit. Floor pieces missing in elevator. Card reader for outside door broken so entry is available to anyone. Noisy through walls.

Upon arrival, we were told that the boiler was out of service, so there was no hot water on the premises. We were advised to go elsewhere, so we did. The staff were courteous, and the problem sure wasn't their fault. That was the extent of our "stay".

Only one of the workers who we had talked to was nice and acknowledgeable, the other guy seemed like he’d rather have a different job and gave us little information for any questions we had about the room. The property was clean as well as the rented room, but the fridge as well as the tv did not work properly and the “breakfast bar” was laughable. The hotel itself was easy to get in to and out of, but parking was minimal. As I came here for a vacation, I would have much rather spent the money somewhere else.

Buenas tardes. Al segundo día de mi estancia se hizo un cargo por más de 250 dólares a mi tarjeta de débito. Al preguntar en recepción me comentaron que al entregar la habitación se devolvería el dinero. El día de entregar la habitación pregunte por la devolución de mi dinero de inmediato me dieron otra versión. Que alguna persona del hotel accidentalmente cobró dos veces el costo de la reservación y que están esperando autorización para devolver el dinero a mi cuenta. Pueden ustedes intervenir en esta situación? Saludos.

They keep my deposit payment withouth sending me any updates on why they were keeping my money! They only told me the deposit for any damage would be back on bank 7 to 10 days! Depending on bank, it has been 21 days and haven't recived anything!

The bed was comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained. The accommodations were roomy. But I forgot my toothpaste and they didn’t have any downstairs. Very disappointed with that.

Mostly what you would expect from a LaQuinta Motel. The breakfast was limited with no effort made to replace food once it was gone. Plan to eat early as soon as breakfast opens fo the day before the food starts disappearing.

My stay wasn’t the best. I woke up to the sound of gunshots from one of the rooms close to me. 5 to 10 minutes later the Lakewood Police showed up knocking on the door adjacent to mine asking that person to come out. The whole thing put me on edge. Wasn’t the best experience for sure. What bothered me the most was that neither the Police or the hotel staff notified me that anything was wrong. When I asked upon check out what had happened, all they could tell me is that there were gunshots and the police wouldn’t tell them much. I’ve stayed in this hotel before, and I’ll probably stay again. I’m sure that this was just an isolated incident.
