Breakfast is always nice. A little more variety of warm food would be cool(same thing every day) over all it is a 10 from me I love this hotel! I truly do appreciate the Staff. The Staff is what make this place what it is! Great Job!

No one ever came to our room to throw garbage or even clean. Website claimed breakfast included and we went both Sunday and Monday before our ventures to have breakfast and BOTH mornings they claimed “short staffed” and breakfast was not there or ready. Not even fruit!

Ita close to everything Lakewood and Golden. Amenities were average to good. Needs some minor upkeep for chipped paint, broken moldings, worn furnishings. It was clean and staff was friendly and accomodating.

Won’t be returning
This place needs TLC… very dowdy. Doors and windows don’t shut well and not only can you hear everything people above do but the housekeepers are super noisy in the halls… chatting, talking on headsets and blasting music!

The staff was very nice, the concept was good. Breakfast was as expected for a limited service property. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The front entrance was a little odd, but maybe that way for security. Located in an older neighborhood. Overall we were happy.

Disrupted sleep and no nighttime office support.
Our reservation was mysteriously cancelled, and it took phone calls and Hotels.com chat to get that corrected. My first call to Hotels.com was answered by a man with loud talking and a baby crying in the background; I first thought it was a scam. On the second night the occupant above our room was loudly pacing (stomping), back and forth, for a couple of hours. It was quite loud and disrupted our sleep. All of our calls to the front office at 11:00 p.m. were never answered. The breakfast was okay and the room was clean, so no issues there. Overall, we would not stay here again.

There were socks from the previous guest left in our room, and there was a thick layer of dust on some of the furniture. I also absolutely HATE you use single-use plastics for the free breakfast. Get with the times and stop killing the planet!

Overpriced and under kept
Property was very dirty and not well kept. Requested room chang due to stains in the bathroom, peeling floors and nasty smell. Office manager seemed annoyed by our request and tossed new keys on the counter without saying any words. The guestroom phone didn't work in either room, making it difficult to quickly contact the front desk. The smaller bedroom in the suite had a crumpled up dirty napkin in the floor and both rooms in the suite had little brown stain spots on the bedding. Out toilet clogged and maintenance left water splashed all over bathroom floor and toilet seat after plunging (gross). Overall, stay did not meet standards of the Marriott brand or experience.

Great hotel but needs an update.
Excellent customer service!! Every employee we encountered was smiling and friendly. The room itself was very clean. But obviously worn down - the carpet was no longer stretched fully and showed the wear, the walls (especially in the hallways) needed fresh paint, and they were using air fresheners to cover up the “used” smell of the building. The location was convenient, and the restaurant only a block away was fantastic! We stayed three nights and had an overall very good experience.

Amenities and property were of good value, breakfast service and food selections were very good and desk staff were helpful and friendly. Condition of property is beginning to show age and cleanliness of rooms could be better monitored, found the room air conditioner struggling with 90-100 degree heat but also found A/C unit filters dirty(personally cleaned those), which seemed to help air conditioner better cope. Found dirty silverware in kitchen drawer and then washed all dishes before use during my stay.

Perfect
While on our Anniversary we booked 5 star stays. Our last day in Denver I wanted to be close to a specific store to do some shopping, That's how I selected Towne suites. I was surprised how much money we saved and how nice it was. We will book again in the future and have some extra money left over. Our nightly cost were going over $850 this trip until reserving here. Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. The other hotel we stayed at they were pretentious and rude. The night clerk made us feel like family and the dog in the lobby was so sweet and adorable.

The hotel is showing its age. Cracks in the walls and ceilings. Rugs need to be replaced. I was in a room that was facing heavily traveled corridors. Quiet was non existent. Cleaning in common areas was virtually non existent. I would never stay there again. The staff was accommodating.
