“We got to our hotel and was told that they booked us out into one of their sister hotels, poor communication. The sister hotel was ok, the housekeeping staff specially Zalal and Tek were very helpful and efficient. They cleaned our room as requested and when above and beyond to help us. Thank you to both for your help. ”

“The property is new but it is not an appart hotel, it is an appartment without the services of an hotel. It is well decorated but we had an appartment in the U of the building and therefore no sun in the appartment. ”

The apartment is very well localised, only 3 minutes waking to the metro and into the heart of Marina. Definitely book your own stay for business trip or holidays, for sure you will enjoy it ! ”

“On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...
