“Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially.”

“Expedia took my money for the booking but there was no response from the property via messages or telephone and after taking a taxi to get there the place was closed. Need a full refund- how can Expedia still take the money if the property is not operating????”

“The location is good as only a 10 mins walk from the government enclave however in the same block there is a tavern/bar that closed at 10:30 PM on Sunday night. That was quite annoying. The TV was only showing DSTV ads channel, nothing lhese. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and WIFI was fast enough. Overall, if you just need to put your head down and do not mind the background noise till a bit late, it is a good option price and location wise.”
