“Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. While you will see plenty of African animals the king of the jungle is elusive.”

“good serviced appartment. spacious and clean, very new. the location is very good, it is in one very lively area of Nairobi and very well serviced with taxi and Uber, very close to a shopping mall. there is a good security service and the all area is well covered by security also from the mall.people are very nice and available to help if needed. ”

“I would highly recommend staying at Kipalo Hills: Breath taking views, faultless service, wonderful food, lovely pool. We had brilliant game drives with Simon and Joshua in Tsavo East and a night game drive in the conservancy where we saw a leopard! The only fault was there was no WiFi. For the whole 3 days - we asked everyday but head office had not paid the bill!! This caused my husband to worry as he hadn’t heard from me and it could have easily been rectified. “Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience”
