The food was top tier - nearly Michelin star level; I had the eggs benedict every single morning. They arranged the most romantic evening dinner in their wine cellar for us. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed. ”

“Cannot say enough about our lovely stay at Casart - it was a dream. Gorgeous space with comfortable cabins that were perfect for our family of 3, a lovely central lodge overlooking a busy watering hole, absolutely delicious food, and most importantly an incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We would have stayed much longer if we had the vacation days! Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in a park, but the Krueger lodges are out of range. ”

“The hotel is rustic and the staff is very friendly and the room was clean. Is a good spot to BBQ as a self-catering unit, since the grill is right outside the room. Excellent breakfast and attentive staff. Cold beers and hot chips at the patio bar. The location is optimal for visits to Kruger NP via the Punda Maria gate.”
