“This out of the way Parador is perfect if you want a quiet stay with stunning views. It's an older property and some of the fixtures/fittings in the bathroom are tired but on the plus side - shower pressure was good and everything was very clean and we had a great nights sleep. The resturant served tasty local food - very nicely prepared and presented. The staff were attentive and friendly - we would visit again if in the area.”

“Non so se è stata una mia dissattenzione, ma ho riletto la conferma della prenotazione e nulla ho visto, ma nonostante fosse scritto che era disponibile ristorante nella struttura, con disappunto al mio arrivo sono stato informato che il ristorante venne chiuso a suo tempo causa Covid. Per il resto le camere sono senza infamia e senza lode”

“Bellissima struttura, in un posto da sogno, personale gentilissimo e premuroso che mi ha fatto fare il check in molto tardi. Purtroppo per un incomprensione la camera non era la stessa prenotata e l'hotel ed Expedia non hanno ancora fatto nessun rimborso, inoltre ho pagato la colazione a parte che poteva essere offerta visto l'accaduto. Spero si risolva la cosa e che possa così dare pieni voti alla struttura.”

“Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.”

“We chose this hotel because it was an hour from Santander and just off our main route from Portugal to the ferry port for the UK. Lovely town with impressive old centre and lovely riverside walks. Lively market the day we arrived (Tuesday). Be aware that self-parking is actually free on-street parking but area seems very secure so we left most of our extensive contents in car and had no problem. Also,hotel restaurant non-functioning so sought dinner in town and nowhere open until 9pm. But...
