“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. ”

“Very nice hotel just outside the town. Our room on the ground floor was quite small but with everything you would need. The bathroom was tiny and did require some tlc around the shower area. We had breakfast there which was excellent. Good fresh food and very well cooked. Has parking but the spaces were a little challenging! Would recommend. ”

“We had a warm welcome on the evening of our arrival and shown to a ground floor room accessible for my mum who has mobility problems and no sight - just as I had requested. It was clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to her needs. The wet room and shower chair was particularly helpful. “Hotel standard della catena. Anche se il prezzo proposto da Hotels era vantaggioso, ogni extra si paga salato (una tazza di espresso al breakfast invece del caffè "normale" 2.45£ in più ....) “Hotel molto antico ma ben rimodernato. Ci è capitata una camera piccolissima, praticamente un sottotetto, però grazioso anche se un po' scomodo. Il bagno era funzionale. L'accoglienza un po' sui generis, niente di che (per stampare il boarding pass ci hanno mandato alla biblioteca locale). Posiziona buona per girare i dintorni.”

“Our first visit here and definitely won’t be the last. It is an amazing place - friendly helpful staff, a beautiful clean room and the decor is outstanding. The chef is a credit to the hotel and the grounds are just waiting to be explored. We have travelled extensively both in the UK and abroad and can honestly say it is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Nothing more to say except to highly recommend it. ”

“We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.”
