“We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. ”

C’è sicurezza le 24 ore, lui è sempre disponibile, e anche il staff. La stanza perfecta, buon letto, ho dormito bene. “The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.”
