“Review to help others understand the Hotel and star ratings. I read a lot of reviews and I hope I can provide a little clarity. We stayed overnight simply to catch a flight the next day. When we landed and cleared customs there was a gentleman in a white shirt as soon as you exit who asks if you want a taxi. “This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it.
