“Location of hotel is excellent for full view of Mt Fuji. However, it may be tricky to locate if you are taking public transport. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. Not for travellers who are in a rush. Take time to enjoy the peace, tranquil and refresh oneself.”

“The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!”

“The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!”
