Terrible service, we got the key and went to our king room.. sheets had literal hair and dirt on them and smelt like a dusty grandma House.. the floor has stains of all shapes and kinds , the floor and walls had holes, the bathroom hand towels had makeup on them, the stove literally was a fire hazard.. would not recommend, you get what you pay for, I didn’t even stay ☠️🤡

Nextdoor was awake all night shouting and stomping opening and slamming doors, it was crazy. the unit needed a top to bottom cleaning including the cabinets that needed to be cleaned and even sealed from creatures.

The room was so filthy we quite literally slept in all of our cloths including our sweatshirts. Everything had burn marks in it from cigarettes, drugs, etc. There was old food on the floors. The fact that there was stuff left from previous occupants tells me the rooms don’t actually get cleaned after checkout. The window was open when we got in there and it wouldn’t close all the way and didn’t have a lock on it so anyone could have come in if they wanted to. If it wasn’t 1:30 in the morning and the room wasn’t nonrefundable we definitely wouldn’t have stayed.

The room was a "rat hole". It was dirty and un-clean. Pubic hair was in and on the bath tub. The "white" sheets were yellowish and unclean. The rooms was falling apart. Wall covings were peeling. Basically, it was rundown. They need to fire their cleaning staff and hire more competent and less lazy people.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay with us. I want to reinform you that one of our hotel requirement is to hand a full hotel policy to all of our new hotel guests. The policy must be signed and dated otherwise, we WILL NOT check in the guest. Hotel policy clearly printout the pet policy (ONLY DOGS, NOT CATS, 2 PETS MAX PER ROOM, 10.00 PER PET PER NIGHT). Unfortunately, a lot of the guest chose not to read the policy. Please read the policy that is handed to you from any facility that you are checking into to save you from any future complications.Thank you!

Would Not Recommend to anyone I care about
Stayed here after a concert in Detroit in November. Check-in was fine and friendly but then we got to the room.. The deadbolt didn’t lock, though the door did lock automatically, which was confusing but fine. The room was pretty dirty and cold, with broken tiles in the bathroom and chipped paint on the wall. It didn’t even look like the room had been vacuumed or surfaces wiped down, so it was tough to feel clean even after washing your hands. Things like stains on the lampshade, no seal around the bottom of the exterior door, cracked window that also didn’t have a lock, knobs missing on the heater (so we were cold half the night), and dirt under the fitted sheet when we checked for bedbugs, though no bedbugs detected, which was a plus. Overall, if given the decision, I would not stay here again; the uncomfortability outweighs the affordability.

There was nothing to like. The room was dirty with used towel left on the counter in the bathroom and cigarette burns in the sheets. The heat did not work and the only blanket was very thin, so we froze all night.

Did not stay. Left shortly after checking in.
I left. The motel was very dirty and in poor condition. There were 3 holes in the walls when I arrived. Walls were very dirty, black mold around the sink, holes in the floor between the boards. Just very run down old, dirty motel.

I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this particular hotel. The condition of the sheets was notably poor, exhibiting visible dirt and stains. Furthermore, the surrounding area proved to be unsafe, as it was plagued by constant noise originating from neighboring occupants. The room emitted an overwhelmingly unpleasant odor, and a pervasive presence of mold was observed throughout. In addition, the bed sheets contained noticeable blood stains and were in a generally unclean state. The restroom similarly failed to meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and emitted a highly unpleasant odor. Given these circumstances, I became concerned about the potential health risks associated with my stay. Consequently, I was compelled to seek alternative accommodations at a more suitable hotel. I have photos as a proof of this situation. I kindly request a full refund for my stay at the aforementioned establishment.

Public Safety Hazard
Holes in walls, blood stains on walls, rust on shower and toilet, homeless people camped out in parking lot, drug use in parking lot, passers-by looking in windows .... saw 3 cops cars pass through parking lot in 20 mins ....... left after 30 to pay for a hotel room else where ..... was unsanitary and unsafe

Room was rundown. Wallpaper was peeling. There was a large gap when the door closed. I had to put a towel in it to keep out cold air and anything else. It smelled mildewy.

I had shared your comment with my staff as a whole, and to pinpoint all the downsides to fix them so our guests will get to enjoy their stay.

It was not what the pictures show. It didn't have a free breakfast. People running it speaks very badly English. Had to keep asking what he said. The heater in the he room was set on high no matter where you put the knob too. Had to shut off to stop the heat. One bed looked like it was broke. All I know is I would not go back there or recommend it.

There was a used drug needle in the room and literal poop on the walls, floor, shower curtain, it just was not clean
