Nice spacious room. Beds weren’t that comfy. Convenient parking right outside. Breakfast had good options. The pool looked really nice, but didn’t get a chance to go.

This property worked out great for us going from Texas to Florida. We decided it was the perfect stopping point, so we booked it for our stay on the way back too. We stayed in an inside room and it was clean and quiet. There are food options nearby that you could walk to if you wanted.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the indoor pool, it was definitely a highlight. I really had an overall great experience and would definitely stay again

Price was reasonable. Staff was very nice, rooms very clean, pool was FREEZING! The indoor pool was the reason I choose this hotel and the kids were so cold that they only stayed in it for a few minutes.I would still recommend this hotel because overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Appeared to be recently renovated and was clean and neat though the rooms were kind of spartan. Our room was on the back and highway noise was a bit of a nuisance but most of the rooms were away from highway noise. An excellent indoor pool and patio area. Hated the $100 we had to pay at check in for assurance though it is supposed to be reimbursed.

Room was clean. Beds and pillows were actually comfortable, which is usually a tough sell for me. The hot tub was nice and warm. However, we booked because we wanted an indoor pool to swim in February. I should have looked to see if the indoor pool was heated. It was not. Lesson learned for me. The biggest complaint I have is that the outside was in terrible shape. There was trash everywhere. Tbh when I pulled up I was scared about the shape of the room. But the inside was clean and definitely not what the outside shows. The breakfast was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay here! It was safe and comfortable. We loved that they offered outdoor entry for the dog friendly rooms and the non-pet friendly rooms were located inside facing the pool. The indoor pool was cold but the hot tub was large, comfortably heated and very private. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was better than expected offering basic continental options as well as hot eggs and sausage and a waffle station. A quick walk through the parking lot got you to the local sports bar with great food and drink options at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back on our next trip through to New Orleans.

They kept our Drivers license (so we had to drive without a license) and charged $100 deposit in spite of being paid for with credit card. Marginal. And there was hair in the sink.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were watching us like hawks. The never said that you have to eat the breakfast in the breakfast area. You can’t take it back to your room. The $100 fee they hold upon check in. Still hasn’t been returned to me and it’s been 5 days after check out. Our shower head was broken and they came to fix it right away which was great.

Good price but get an interior room
Check in and out was easy. My issues are that the mattress was very uncomfortable and left my wife and I in a lot of pain in our backs and hips. I also heard they are trying to renovate the property but they had room inside the hotel as opposed to the exterior but they were mostly open but we're not options when we were booking. Due to that, the noise levels from the traffic and other patrons kept waking us up.

The hotel charged a fee for the dogs and a $100.00 deposit that was to be refunded at check out. It was not and we left the room in good condition as we are responsible pet owners and travel with our dogs and have never had an issue.
