“This cabin is so neat and unique! Three cozy stories beautifully decorated (the pictures don't do it justice). When we arrived the home was warm and cozy, lights already on. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit more and the view of the woods out back. Lynn has thought of all your needs ...stocked with toiletries, first aid, hair dryer, etc. I would not advise it for anyone with issues climbing stairs....the home layout means lots of stair climbing needed. “This is just a really nice house with a lot of character, located across the street from a very pretty park, a two-minute walk to a good ice cream store, about five minutes walk to downtown, maybe three minute drive (or 15 minute walk?) to Marietta College. It has a lot of character and nice old-fashioned charm. Sitting on the big porch watching the river flow and doing a puzzle was wonderful.”

“Big Bottom is lovely. The open concept kitchen and family room is spacious which opens to the deck with more ample seating overlooking the lower patio and fire pit. The River bank is quite steep and challenging to fish without a dock. We rented in November so no dock is understandable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you could think of. “Terrible stay due to people in the neighboring room watching loud action movies late into the night forcing us to switch rooms at 2:30 AM. This was the only thing that kept me from giving the hotel a 5 star rating. The room I moved to was very quiet. I've worked in Technical Support for over 40 years, and that is a 24x7 responsibility.
