"I booked a kind of suite and when I arrived there were 31 degrees inside. It seems the room hadn't been opened for months. They offered me an upgraded room, that was a littlle better but it seems the hotel overall has some air conditioning problems ( and in Cluj it was rainy and not hot at all these ..."

"The staff of the apartnox were excellent . I even thought my husband and I were the only guest at the hotel because the attention they paid us was so phenomenal. Stood there 10 days and had the most pleasant stay thus far . Highly recommend ."
