“Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property.”

Joana was a great host – courteous and quick to respond to a few questions on our arrival. In short, we had a super stay - Wow!”

“Pros - Location beautiful. Central and pretty. Interesting. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable. Cool even on hot day. Cons - Lots of street, bar and bridge noise sometimes all night. There was unfortunately construcion across from us but manager responded appropriately.”

“Boa Vista golf resort, au sud ouest du Portugal , dans la ville de Faro. 6 nuits , pour 3 couples, nous avions nos chambres et nos salles de bain. Nous étions près du golf et près de la piscine, intérieure et extérieure, sauna et autre. Tout était fonctionnel et propre. Seul ennui, la porte de garage, dont le mécanisme laissait à désirer. 4 autres nuits au nord, dont 2 à Porto et une à Lisbonnes !”

We had a wonderful holiday, eith fantadtic weather We were afforded early check-in and late checkout,which gave us extra time to enjoy the facilities Anabela was always on hand and addressed any minor issues promptly. “Eine schönes Haus umgeben von Mandelbäumen mit einem großen Pool, es fehlte uns an nichts, netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Allerdings für 2 Paare nur bedingt geeignet da der zweite Schlafraum eher für Kinder geeignet ist, Etagenbetten und ein Ausziehbett. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt 😁😁”

“Perfect spot on Praia Luz with easy walking to beach, restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. Some minor annoyances like a rattling fan in the master ensuite and a dining chair in need of repair but overall excellent layout and plenty of room inside and out. Suggestions provided by the host of places to eat and explore both locally and within easy driving distance were much appreciated! Highly recommended!!”

“We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with.”

“Casa Alicia is a comfortable house with a full equipment. The housekeeping was marvelous! Three little remarks: we missed some coffee or tea on arrival, the agency didn’t contact us on the first day as described and the boiler didn’t have warm water the next day. But we managed:-) Overall five stars!”

“Really great property. Kitchen well equipped, nice large bedrooms, lots of outdoor space for everyone to sit around. Few things were a bit “rusty” (think because we went early in the season) - things like washing machine didn’t work, but the host was very quick to come and help so that’s great! “The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Grocery store was just around the corner. Would liked to have had a small broom and dustpan to sweep the floors with after cooking and eating. The terrace had no view just the 4 walls surrounding it which kept it cool and damp. Overall, this place is good for a short stay in Lagos.”
