“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!”

“Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated.”

“Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert. Betten sind bequem und auch die Couch lädt...

“The house was good, but photos published not accurate it shows bigger space and didn’t mention that the second bathroom was in basement far from bedrooms.”

“Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. “Maison parfaitement équipée, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée opérationnels pour notre séjour, superbe vue. Excellente situation pour visiter les incontournables du Lac de Côme. Impossible d'échanger avec la propriétaire via le site Abritel suite à un problème technique, mais heureusement, toutes les infos nous avaient été communiquées à l’avance. Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil parfait. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.”

“Pas loin de la plage mais interdiction de se baigner car eau polluée. Route trop dangereuse pour aller au parking. Les italiens roulent beaucoup trop vite. j' ai failli être renversee malgré que j étais sur les passages cloutés. Pas de superettes et d animations dans le village.”

“Direkt am See gelegen in einer Sackgasse, dadurch sehr ruhig. Moderne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Küche mit allem was wir im urlaub brauchen, küchengeräte qualitativ hochwertig. Gerne würden wir dort wieder wohnen.”

“Das Haus war sehr sauber! Leider gab es nicht die beworbene Seenähe (ca 30 Minutennach Bellagio an den See, Serpentinen). Auch die angepriesene Unterhaltung durch vorhandenes TV gab es nicht (ausschließlich italienische Programme). Die Küche war sehr sperrlich ausgestattet, einen Toaster, wie beschrieben gab es auch nicht, dafür einen Sandwichmaker. Wer die Stille, abseits der Zivilisation mag, ist dort genau richtig. Man hat wirklich Ruhe zum Entspannen!”

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect...

“La struttura di per sé è carina, ma purtroppo lasciata a sé stessa. Scarsa comunicazione sulle modalità di check-in che viene fatto in un posto lontano dal residence. La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo. “We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. ”

Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo.
