Dear André, thank you for your review. We appreciate the description concerning all our services even if we want to clarify that the dinner service (once a week) is clearly indicated in our web site and we organize excursions with horses in collaboration with a company outside the structure (it seems strange you were not able to make it as you wrote, maybe the prices were not fine or maybe you thought to make the service for free but this was not indicated anywhere). Also is so clear you need a car if you want to come here because we are an Agriturismo (in the countryside) and for this reason if you look for a city and his services you have to drive, for about 10 minutes maximum. Finally, we would like to inform you that in our area you can do lots of things: we have lots of beautiful beaches you can visit by car and every one is different from the other, you can do a daily minicruise to visit our caves and our wild beaches, you can go to do a trekking excursion to our archeological sites, nuragic villages and canyons, you can visit the Murales in Orgosolo, the Museum of Sardinian Masks in Mamoiada and the natural spring of Su Gologone in Oliena, lots of things you can visit in a maximum of 40 minutes by car. You can also decide, one day, to stay here to relax in our swimming pool and eat or drink something in our Kiosko Bar, you can visit our animals (sheeps, goats, horses, dunkeys, chickens etc) and partecipate to our farm activities. For us it seems enough but maybe you, in just 2 days, had not time to discover our island, what a shame. We invite you to come back next time, better informed about everything you can do inside and especially outside of a receptive structure, surely you will have the chance to change your mind. Good Evening ., thank you for booking your holidays with us :) We're very sad for the inconvenience you described in your review, our staff is always careful to check that the guests have all the dishes available during their breakfast even because most of our guests arrive at 9am so is very strange that you did not found meals at 8.45am. Maybe we could have had a moment of distraction, as often happens to everyone, but if you had warned us of this problem we could have remedied immediately. Anyway, we hope to see you next time. Dear ., thank you for your review. For us is important to receive feedback and advises from our guests. In this case we have to inform you that we're sorry for the late works of the swimming pool, even if is not our fault but of the bad weather of these days, and we think that everyone should understand this because is an additional service that we decided to give to our guests without extra costs. For the Restaurant review we have to remind you that in all our web sites is written that we have a Restaurant but NOT that it's open every day, for this reason we sell our rooms with B&B formula (if the Restaurant had been open every day we would have proposed also the Half Board treatment), anyway we reminded it to you also in our confirmation e-mail at the moment we received the reservation. The wi-fi is available out of the rooms, we have a sat signal and it can not work inside the buildings, but we are in the countryside so we can not do better than this :) Maybe you were looking for a place with more services that we could not offer you, like an Hotel.
