L'hotel è nuovissimo, vicino alla fermata della metro, la colazione è eccellente e varia, la camera pulita, il personale efficientissimo. Unico neo la cena del 31 e l'intrattenimento non è stato all'altezza della cifra pagata. La receptionist Cristina molto disponibile come tutto il personale tutti giovani molto efficienti

We were given keys to room opened door and someone was already in there. Went back to front desk to tell them and they had no clue what was going on. When it got sorted, they sent a fruit bowl to our room to apologize. When opened the entire bowl of fruit was rotten, bruised and moldy. That’s disgusting.

Estadia muito agradavel
O hotel e bem localizado com entrada directa para um centro comercial, ideal para quem esteja de passagem e queira fazer compras. E limpo, e confortavel, embora o quarto onde tenha ficado a noite ouvisse um pouco de musica, mas nada que nao permitisse o descanso. O staff e muito simpatico e prestavel e o servico de quartos, qualidade da comida e bastante bom. Eu cheguei muito antes da hora do check in, e a recepao fez o possivel para que eu entrasse no quarto muito antes da hora estabelecida, permitindo-me descansar apos uma longa viagem.

It's a good hotel very near to the mall and easy for shopping. But I have a big reservation on the service after asking a socket adapter for my mobile charger, they asked me 50 AED ( around 13.6 USD). It's my first time to hear from a hotel such kind.

Simply an Excellent Hotel.
Our purpose of travel was to visit friends and family. The hotel was close to the airport. It was adjacent to a very good mall. It was certainly an advantage since there were a lot of good restaurants to choose from. Had access to the Metro transit which provided for a convenient and affordable commute to the city specially the Dubai Mall. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. True value for money. Will surely be back.

Don’t stay here!
Pictures can be deceiving, especially since they can’t convey odor! The room smelled. The carpeted floor was extremely dirty. The mattress was super uncomfortable. The worst part for me was the check in, which took over 20 min. The receptionist was under training, and everything was a first for him. The trainer just watched over him, not providing any help and completely happy with the trainee being self-taught at my time’s expense.
