in ristrutturazione e totalmente sovrastimato
hotel in ristrutturazione, semi sventrato nelle parti dedicate ai servizi, hall di servizio nella parte laterale non rappresentata in alcuna foto, la spa inaccessibile ( tranne la piscina), balconi inaccessibili, le foto sono ingannevoli i bagni da hotel 2 stelle, doccia penosa, mobilio vecchio e dimesso, personale gentile e sempre sorridente ma proprio non vale il prezzo pagato

Camera visibilmente sporca e rumorosa Bagno con gocce di colore bianco nel marmo che risalgono a quando è stato dipinto i soffitto indice che non è mai stato pulito Vetri delle finestre e vetro della doccia sporchi Volevamo cambiare hotel dopo la prima notte non era possibile dato il pagamento anticipato

Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione !!! il personale fa quello che può ma lascia a desiderare abbiamo chiesto il 3 letto e lo hanno portato mentre eravamo in camera lasciandoci poi le lenzuola dopo e abbiamo dovuto farlo noi !!! il phone era parzialmente staccato dal muro ... ho segnalato la cosa e ho visto che hanno provato a sistemarlo ma si è staccato di nuovo !!!!!!! PECCATO la posizione è ottima vicinissima al metro ed in pieno centro sull'arteria principale ...MERITEREBBE UN INTERVENTO X RILANCIARLO

Appartamento molto grande ma un po' rumoroso. La struttura è vecchia e si vede ma nell'insieme un'ottima qualità prezzo. Soggiorno nell'insieme gradevole.

Good position, bad facility
Good position with metro downstairs. Old building badly run and cleaned. Uge appartments with amazin vew but Quite noisy too.. Small gym with few and broken machines...

Albergo pessimo
L'aria condizionata non funzionava ed è stato impossibile farla aggiustare. Impossibile ottenere due asciugamani in breve tempo. Pulizie non fatte regolarmente.

They don't reply to your mail or any request
The hotel is very near to the metro station, but in a very busy road, so it is very noisy. I made some requests upon booking and they never replied. I had to call them just before departing to know the answer.

Mi sono trovato un addebito dell'early check-in senza preventiva segnalazione da parte della reception. E' vero che sono arrivato di mattina, ma...bastava avvisarmi ed io avrei fatto un giro risparmiando il costo della camera per sole 3 ore...

I was on the 27th floor and I could hear a loud humming noise which at first thought that it was the Air-conditioning. But it turned out that the windows aren't sound proofed. They didn't have towels for me to have a shower on the first night. The 3rd night, power was cut off because the card that I had inserted on the doorway expired. I noticed this at 4am when I went to use the bathroom. I called reception and they wouldn't answer the phone at 4am, I called again and they eventually picked-up offering to send a technician which I rejected as I need to go to sleep. The lifts were stopping at random floors but no one was on the floor to get in. It was extremely annoying pressing the button for the doors to close so the lift to keep going. Even more annoying waiting for the lift to arrive. On the positive side, the hotel is right at the entrance of a Metro station which was convenient for me to go places. And there were a few restaurants and supermarkets near by.

Hotel at excellent location and great staff but room intererior needs attention and repairing. My room went throught recent renovation but they seem to letting guest in without completing the room renovation. My room has an excellent view but it was too noisy as windows were broken and you can hear wind and cars like you are on the street. Curtains were not installed properly and inner curtain were totally missing in the room. Also curtains were not covering the whole windows so light was coming in the day time. Also entrance was dusty and given sofa had paint spots and etc. With such lovely view, location and good staff if they fixed these small things I would love to stay here again and again.

Bad experience
Light went out during the stay, the shower water was not draining, no cot provided when it was stated and requested at the check in. Worn out furniture , specially the sofas.

Very nice staff. Excellent location. Large size 1BR apartment. Hygiene standards are low and the place is not clean. Old building. Old and rusty bathrooms. TV is very small and the channels are not working, so it’s like another piece of their old peeled furniture. The wallpaper is peeled off and the curtains are dirty. This place makes Motel 6 looks like a luxury place.

Cockroaches
The room were old and a bit smelly, killed a cockroach on the second day of my stay but they kept appearing in the bathroom and kitchen, i got to change to another room, but it still have some cockroaches and the same problems of the first room. Last time i stay in this hotel.

One of the worst hotels in cleanliness, the room was dirty had cockroaches !!!!! and the furniture is old although they clean every day but still dirty the location of the hotel is great, but it is not worth the price at all I wanted to cancel my booking but i didnt have enough time for that my stay was for three nights Never again booking in this hotel

Seems like the hotel has been doing renovations, so this pic is a renovated room, but the room I got wasn't this! The washrooms in the rooms aren't renovated at all the shower is the worst this ever! After complaining I did get moved to this room displayed but the washrooms weren't renovated rather dissappointing!
