I had an amazing experience at check-in, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady. She gave me a really warm welcome and took the time to explain all the details about the hotel, including the free bus service times - highly appreciated! The check-in and check-out process also went very smoothly, which I'm very grateful for. I would definitely recommend this service and hotel!

We have had many discussions with you during your stay with us, and we ensured that the room allocated was a deluxe room category and we have also given you option to move to other deluxe rooms. コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしかったです。駅から10分ほどなので歩くことは可能です。とても綺麗な建物で、アメニティーも揃っていました。毎日ハウスキーピングとアメニティー補充をしてくれます。初めシャワーからなかなかお湯が出ませんでしたが、しばらくするも問題なく出てきます。予約した初日は早朝に着いたため、フロントで9時まで待ち、追加料金を払い、早めのチェックインをしました。申し分ないクオリティーだと思います。 ホテルについているマッサージはツッコミどころがありましたが、質には満足しました。またドバイに来る際には利用したいです。
