We thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review despite the fact that you were not totally satisfied with your stay. We are surprised at your comment on the hotel facilities. In our immediate vicinity, there are about 20 hotels that we compare ourselves with. It has been our policy since 5 years to always align ourselves as one of the most competitive property. Therefore, we believe it to be unfair to be labeled as cheap hotel when compared to other 4-star with the same services and standards in the area. We would greatly appreciate if you could send us through the hotel email some additional details related to your comment, as this will enable us to pinpoint any shortfall that we may have.
