Based on your comment shared on other platform, unfortunately your experience started not to be met from the moment you have arrived at 3am due to its location and as you stated far from tourist attractions.Rest assure that Sharjah offer great cultural experiences along with museums and parks, archaeological destinations and more, where anyone can enjoy relaxing times and disconnect from the possible buzz you may find in other destinations within UAE.We are only 25 minutes from Dubai but it is indeed road traffic dependent based on the time anyone wish to reach to their desired destination. It is very strange to hear your comment on the room smell but I believe the team at the Front Office did show you multiple room option available at that time, but unfortunately non of which presented where meeting your personal expectation.Regarding the cancellation and refund process, it's concerning to hear that the staff member you interacted with was unhelpful.Your 2 nights booking was indeed a non refundable due to its nature of the booking offer and selected platform. This is mentioned in your booking confirmation. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
