Ero già stata ad agosto 2023 e il servizio di pulizia delle camere era impeccabile ora a gennaio sono tornata ma la pulizia della camera e del bagno non erano all aktezza di un 4 stelle.....

Struttura scelta anche per il servizio vip access, non ha offerto nulla di tutto ciò, malgrado il giorno precedente l'arrivo ci sia stato offerto upgrade a pagamento. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla struttura ma la risposta è stata che non c'erano altre camere analoghe disponibili.... Nel complesso l'hotel è piacevole ma soprattutto comodo per visitare la città; le foto pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono in pieno alla realtà, in quanto le stanze (bagno incluso) vengono mostrate molto più ampie del reale; anche la pulizia non è eccellente; sul tavolino a fianco del letto al ns. arrivo era presente segno di un bicchiere utilizzato dai precedenti ospiti; nel bagno, ci sono diversi punti con muffa attorno al piatto doccia; sulla moquette, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, non sono mai stati tolti pezzetti di carta o altro, a dimostrazione che la pulizia quotidiana non è accurata. La segnalazione su questi punti è stata fatta alla struttura il giorno dopo il ns. arrivo ed abbiamo apprezzato il tentativo del responsabile di voler migliorare il servizio prestato. Nel complesso comunque gradevole.

Più attenzione alla camera
L’ accoglienza al check in è stata veloce ed esaudiente. Purtroppo la stanza non è stata pulita al meglio. Abbiamo richiesto di pulire nuovamente il bagno in quanto era sporco. Hotel in centro e vicino a temple bar.

Overall had a good stay at the hotel. There was a delay checking in because their internet was down but the staff graciously let us keep our bags at the front so we could tour the area. It's a block from St. Patrick's Cathedral and walkable to many other wonderful areas. I didn't love the weird open shower concept (no door, just a towel to keep the floor from getting wet) which I also experienced at the Maldron in Belfast. Really couldn't ask for more and at a reasonable price.

Pros- clean and tidy, spacious rooms and very pleasant staff. Cons- the breakfast was very poor. Lack of staff to clear tables and replace food. The food was very bland and limited choice. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.. i would just avoid the breakfast

This was a fantastic hotel in Dublin. It was right beside St Patrick’s Cathedral, which is stunningly beautiful. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean. The area was very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend staying here if in Dublin.

The dishes in restaurant were very crusty with dirt circulating in the dishwasher. Very disappointing. I pointed it out to the staff and she said get another cup. All the dishes were like that.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and have always had a good experience. This time, however, I was disappointed. I booked through Expedia and got a good deal as I had points to put towards the cost. I was allocated a room opposite the lift. As I was only staying one night, I did not ask for room to be changed. There was a tour group staying on the same floor and they came back in small groups into the the small hours of the morning. They were not rowdy but were talking quite loudly as they came out of the lift which made it difficult to sleep. I cannot help thinking that I was given this uncomfortable room because I did not book directly with the hotel. If hotels permit their rooms to be booked through online booking companies, then they should not discriminate between customers who book directly with the hotel and those that don't. That said, this is a good hotel for anyone who wants to stay in the city centre. The staff should be particularly commended for their friendly attitude to guests.

I enjoyed my time at the Maldron Hotel. I was sick for part of the stay amd had to spend some time there. It was comfortable and friendly. I would have appreciated a more consistent ice machine, the shower was of poor design. All in all, these things would not keep me from staying there again, I promise. The staff were giod at their jobs and quite kind to us. I loved the experience.
