Posizione ottima x arrivare in centro anche a piedi; prezzo onesto e pulizia impeccabile; peccato che l'hotel non disponga di un parcheggio gratuito.

Posizione per arrivare velocemente nelle vie centrali di Dublino. Zona agevole per ristoranti, mezzi pubblici e negozi di prima necessità. Camera confortevole e colazione varia ed abbondante.

Albergo confortevole
L'albergo situato in zona strategica ti permette di arrivare in centro in pochi minuti in quanto vicinissimo alla fermata del tram. Il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi nel giro di pochi minuti. Personale dell'hotel disponibile, in particolare uno che ci ha risolto con facilità qualche inconveniente. I canali tv italiani non sono contemplati a meno che io non sia stato in grado di sintonizzarli. Comunque albergo da consigliare.

A 20 min circa dal centro
L’hotel si trova a 20’ a piedi dal centro della città (Temple Bar) ma in una zona ben servita da autobus e tram. A pochi metri si trova anche la fermata dell’Airlink, per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Colazione continentale eccellente con cibi freschi, alcuni home made (tipo pane e marmellate). La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Hotel confortevole, pulito, personale gentile, camera molto spaziosa, luminosa e areata. Soprattutto centralissimo a sole tre fermate di tranne Luas da Temple Bar o comunque 10 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

Molto centrale.
In 5 minuti stai sul fiume vicino al centro. Dove sono tutti i pub famosi ed al temple bar....quartiere. Le camere sarebbero da rifare...almeno togliere la vecchia moquette. Niente frigobar e la sera niente bar/ristorante. O vi portate una bott di acqua o berrete dal rubinetto. Limitata l'offerta del distributore automatico. Camera...sono arrivato il giorno dopo per problemi aerei. 4capelli sulla sedia. La ripulizia del giorno dopo, approssimativa. Alla reception un solo uomo gentile. Gli altri dovrebbero cambiare lavoro. Tre stelle + non sono giustificate. Soprattutto per quello che ho pagato. Basterebbe poco per migliorare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'albergo è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, vicino alla distilleria Jameson. Eravamo 3 adulti in una camera con un matrimoniale e un lettino. Camera spaziosa e pulita

Hotel moderno e confortevole
Situato in zona 7 a pochi passi dalla linea tranviaria Luas e poco oltre alla fermata del Bus 747 per l' aeroporto. Silenzioso, pulitissimo, confortevole. Colazione abbondante sia internazionale che continentale. Il personale però presume che tutti abbiano una conoscenza della lingua inglese perfetta perchè parlano tutti velocemente, occorre far ripetere lentamente le informazioni richieste. Strana usanza in Irlanda: non esiste lo scopino del water. Esperienza consigliata agli amici.

Un bellissimo week end
In posizione centrale, ben servito anche dai mezzi turistici, il Maldron ha camere ampie e molto silenziose. Il personale è gentile. Ci tornerò.

Our stay was nice, staff was polite. The area is fairly quite and the hotel is close to Jameson, like literally less then 5 minute walk. There are a fewnfood places close and a Fresh Market right next door. They had cooked food options, salad, pizza, sandwiche, fresh coffee and other grocery type itmes. Definitely convienant. Hotel is a short distance from the Heuston train station and also the Laus (Tram) located near Jameson is a Carrolls and you can also do a bunjee type rope down then tall Jameson tower. Also take a tour at Jameson amd tastensome whiskey! You learn somethings.

I stay at the Maldron Smithfield every year. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms with balconies have a nice view of the skyline. Car park nearby. One of the best Irish music bars in town is across the street, good cinema and grocery next door, and Luas gets you downtown in ten minutes, or it's an easy walk. Will gladly stay again.

Nice convenient location. Polite, helpful staff.. Walkable to where we needed to go and to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great though not sure what the difference was between full breakfast (which we pays for) and buffet as it appeared to be the latter. Had to request room clean, otherwise not done. Overall, happy with our stay.

The Maldron Smithfield was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was good. The only downside was no wine glasses or fridge in the room. There was also no AC and it was very warm at night with the small fan provided not sufficient to cool the 4 of us. Overall though great stay and I would go back if in the area again.

Hotel was great only issue was on the evening on our floor there seemed to be a group of people constantly moving from room to room. Doors banging until after midnight very annoying when trying to sleep. Other than that hotel was great,clean and friendly staff.

We did show up at 6am on 12/27 due to an overnight flight, and the hotel wasn't open, after I had been told it was open 24/7 to receive us when I emailed ahead of time. Apparently it hadn't re-opened yet after Christmas. A nice employee let our family wait in the lobby thankfully since it was freezing & raining out and nothing in the area was open. We were allowed an early check in and I was very grateful for that. The staff were kind and helpful everytime dealing with them. The Junior Suite was very comfortable both times we stayed (Rooms 607 & 609).
