La location è un piccolo angolo di Paradiso, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la cucina ottima. Insomma un soggiorno da sogno e naturalmente ci tornerei volentieri

Fantastico, comodo e strategico!
Consiglio a chiunque questi appartamenti, sono confortevoli, puliti, in una zona incantevole, ma soprattutto strategica, soprattutto per chi si reca a Dubrovnik senza auto o altri mezzi. Si trova a due passi dal centro storico (Old Town) ed a 10 minuti a piedi da due spiagge bellissime (Banje Beach e Bellevue Beach), oltre ad una piccola spiaggetta proprio alle spalle della baia, dietro il forte Lovrijenac. In generale ci sono poi agenzie ogni tre metri per prenotare escursioni per andare in Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania ed altri posti della Croazia stessa. Infine, il luogo in cui è situato il residence è proprio al Pile Gate, luogo di arrivo e partenza per qualunque tour, pullman ed autobus (anche quello per l'aeroporto). Unico difetto: la zona è in generale tranquillissima, ma se capitate nei pressi delle ventole dei condizionatori dell'hotel o del tubo di scarico della lavanderia (sempre dell'hotel) c'è un costante rumore che può dare molto fastidio, in questo caso si può risolvere chiudendo la finestra, ma accendendo il climatizzatore.

Beautiful and breathtaking location. The problem we had was the WiFi access. Not accessible in the room you have to go in the breakfast room. Breakfast was okay.

Our flight was delayed and thankfully a late check-in at the restaurant was available. Staff were very helpful and explained that there had been a booking error, so we were upgraded. Breakfast was lovely and a great viewing spot for people watching. Location made our few days in Dubrovnik very easy. We were unaware that cash was needed to pay, but we were given enough notice and directions to arrange.

Great location, dates rooms and cash only
The Orhan Rooms is in a great location. There is no doubt this is the best feature. The check in process was a person giving us keys and taking us to our room, which is okay but when I went to check out the women said it was cash only. I never got notice about this nor was it mentioned when I checked in. The room was dated and there was water damage which was extensive in the bathroom which had a moldy ceiling and peeling paint. The breakfast was limited but good.

This property is perfectly located to walk to Old Town and the breakfasts were fantastic. However we couldn’t get the wifi to work and the shower had mold. The room itself was clean and the staff were great.

Mycket trevligt boende! Ligger perfekt precis utanför gamla stan med den finaste frukostutsikten. Personalen var mycket trevliga och bjöd oss på varsin öl medans vi väntade på vårt rum. Bekväma sängar!

We had the best time at this property and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. It’s a two minute walk from the city walls and less than 10 minutes from two amazing beaches. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 35 degree Celsius weather. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I highly recommend Orhan Rooms to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

The hotel was spacious and the A/C was great. Location to Pile gate was great. It needed to have mugs for tea since it comes with a hot water kettle. The light in bedroom did not work and we needed a lamp. Breakfast should start earlier than 9 am and dinner at 6:30 where other restaurants were open.

朝食のレストランは屋外ですぐ横が海と城壁が見張らせるので最高の朝を迎えられます。スタッフも気さくで、ウェルカムドリンクを出されたのには感動しました。部屋は1人でくるなら問題ないです。立地は歩いて3分程でピレ門に到達する好立地です。

Staff at the restaurant; both at the check-in and during breakfast each morning, were fantastic. Polite and always had answers to questions. Breakfasts were very good. Croissants and sliced bread as well as a choice of omelette or eggs. The room is within an apartment building adjacent to the restaurant and is only a 3-minute walk to the Old City's Pila Gate. It's a fantastic location!! The room itself was okay. Paint and plaster flaking off several of the walls, sockets were hanging off the walls and the bathroom was a mismatch of fittings and sealants, but it had a comfy bed, working shower and a toilet and thats all my partner and I needed for our stay!! Especially for the price we paid, and so close to the Old Town. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The beds are comfortable and the location is great. It’s basically in old town but you don’t need to deal with old town crowds. However, the place felt really run down and dirty and the breakfast was horrible. Make reservations at the restaurant if you want dinner there.

The room was simple and lacked a closet/hangers but it was fine for us for our short stay. The location was worth every penny we paid. The breakfast was pretty satisfying though simple. The view from the restaurant terrace was spectacular. The niggle for us was that breakfast was only served from 9.00 AM until 10:00 AM which was quite inconvenient but they packed to-go breakfast for us for the days when we had an early start. Our biggest disappointment was that they only accepted cash payment for the room (no credit card accepted) during check-out. The manager insisted she told us so during check-in although my wife and I are sure she hadn't. Had we known in advance we wouldn't have used up almost all of our cash for other things. I ended up having to run to an ATM to withdraw cash at a highly unfavorable rate plus incurring a transaction charge. All in all we were pretty happy with the place and would recommend it.

Expectations of rooms in line with budget. Great location, the owners are lovely (family run) the orhan restaurant that is owned by them and where you have breakfast does lovely food in the evening, with an amazing sea view.

El hotel es muy sencillo, debes pensar que es solo para dormir. Son habitaciones pequeñas. Lo mejor es los alrededores tanto por el espectacular restaurante del hotel donde sus trabajadores son muy amables y sirven comida de calidad, como también las vistas y el paseo justo al lado para ir al fuerte. Aquí se rodaron escenas de Juego de Tronos. Lo recomiendo.
