Sehr schönes Haus , leider mit Baustelle vor der Tür
Super Haus sehr gute Umgebung Natalja immer erreichbar. Willkommensplatte mit Getränken gab es bei Anreise. Sehr schön. Es wäre noch schöner gewesen wenn man uns gesagt hätte das nebenan gebaut wird. Dies hat schon gestört. Wir waren mit sechs erwachsenen, bei einer Familie wär’s noch schlimmer gewesen. Ansonsten immer zu empfehlen.

Wow fabulous
Absolutely beautiful villa with fantastic positioning with great views of sea. The layout is brilliant. We were a family of 8 and it suited us perfectly. Kitchen has all mod cons. Pool table is great entertainment. Each bedroom has an en-suite and all decorated to a very high standard. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and 30-40 mins to Omiš. Natalija is fantastic and so helpful. Very respectful and great for recommendations. I would recommend this villa and the area is just beautiful and very chilled out. We will be back Natalija x

Great base for a holiday.
Lovely villa with nice pool to cool off. Great location, fab sandy beach 5 mins walk with a good choice of cool beach bars along the strip serving a good mix of bar meals. Enjoyed restaurant Dalmacija but our favourite meal was next door in Rojač, very special but reasonable and about 10 mins walk away. There’s a really great, well stocked mini market at the bottom of the hill and turn right. Omis is a comfortable 30-35 min walk away, plenty going on there. The six of us went on a private sailing trip on ‘Nana’ with Mario and Carla, absolutely loved it and would highly recommend.

Stay at Duce paradise
Lovely villa finished to high standards. Great beach 2 mins away and few places to eat and drink. For more 1/2 hour walk into Omiš which is beautiful and has loads of places to eat. Try the hike to the fortress above the town it’s worth it but hard in midday sun!

Great place
Property was exactly as described. Very pleased. A flat easy walk to Omis, part of the way was along a beach path. Omis has an old town and boat trips are available on the river. Our family tried the white water rafting up the river. The owner offered to arrange trips in the area with discounts. (We forgot this) We did a tour from Split to Krna National Park but please note the boat trip on this tour is not not exclusive, you have to queue with the public…The drive to Makatska was lovely and the town and harbour was pretty. The owner had a buffet meal ready for us on arrival which was very welcome. Would return again.

Perfect accommodation
This villa fulfilled all our expectations and even more! We were there with three families: adults, teenagers and bit younger kids. This was perfect for everyone. Beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms, functional kitchen, pool room downstairs and swimming pool at the deck. We did not miss a thing in the villa. Natalija and her family were there to help us wherever needed. Location was peaceful, but close to beach, grocery store and restaurants. We loved it! Fabulous
Despite the weather for the first few days we had a lovely holiday with our family (6 adults and 5 children aged 9, 6, 5, 2 and 18 months). They went in the pool even in the rain! On the glorious days before we left they barely got out of it! A very well equipped play room and the pool table down stairs kept everyone amused on the wet days! We were made to feel very welcome and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to families or a group of friends. Just one thing to be aware of there is a steep little hill to get to the villa but we’ll worth it for the views and privacy. Thank you

Perfect Family Holiday
First time in Croatia for all my Family. We had an amazing time and Villa Paradise was perfect in every way. Very spacious spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything and more. Natalija and her Daughter greeted us and was such a delightful person, who prepared a local meal for us on arrival which was much appreciated. They also organised for a lovely tour guide and taxi service with a guy called Josi who organised zip lining, canyoning and private boat hire which was enjoyed by all. It was like having a private tour guide who has knowledge of Croatia and will even take you to the supermarket and waits to bring you back. (Supermarket is close but handy for a big shop). There’s a lovely Local Bar Restaurant which is lovely and Shooki Bar on the Beach within walking distance. We would highly recommend Villa Paradise to anyone it is a Stunning place to stay.

Nice family week!
The villa was fantastic and we had a very nice stay there. We appreciate much the warm welcome when we arrived rather late to the villa. They had prepared some small dishes for us. The only thing that was a little bit disapointment is that the bakery and the marketplace were closed because it was not the high season. It was a very Nice week. Thanks a lot.

Great Villa
Our group had a marvellous holiday at the villa which is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There are fantastic views and only a short walk to the sea, supermarket and Omis. Natalija was a great host arranging anything we wanted and recommending restaurants etc. The welcome pack of food and drink was just right too. Thanks to Petra too for organising transport to and from the airport.

Wonderful stay!
The photos do not do this place justice! It is fabulous - lots of space for larger groups with a great social space to share a drink or a meal. The little touches also make it that bit extra special. Juices, soft drinks, wine and beer, and a few basics to keep you going. Owners are on hand and respond very quickly to any issues. Natalija and her daughters assisted so much with car hire recommendation, where to go for meals, taxis and a medical emergency! Can’t rate them highlighly enough. Beautiful villa and would love to go back again!

Beautiful villa and a wonderful host!
My partner and I enjoyed an incredible week at this beautiful villa. The host Natalija was incredible, helping us out with excursions and making sure everything was ok. When we got to the villa there was good and drink provided by Natalija which was perfect after a long journey. The surrounding area is beautiful. Breath taking views of the mountains and the very clean and lovely beach. Omis is also a very pretty town with plenty to do! Will be definitely returning and would also like to thank Natalija for being a perfect host!

Wunderschöne Villa in Duce
Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir trotz der Nähe zum Sand-Strand die meiste Zeit in der Villa am Pool geblieben sind. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist richtig schön und die zahlreichen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten bieten für jeden den Raum sich optimal wohl zu fühlen. Das ganze wird von der sehr freundlichen und äußerst engagierten Gastgeberin abgerundet.

Amazing !
Beautiful villa, clean and spacious with everything you need. Ideal location . Outstanding hosts who were exceptionally kind and helpful , from lending us a car to do food shopping to cooking a birthday dinner for my husband along with a birthday cake! We would definitely recommend a family holiday here , Natalijia and her family were always on hand to answer questions or sort out minor problems from finding medicine for my daughter to bringing charcoal and kindling for the barbecue . Just WOW. Best villa we have ever stayed in
This is hands down the best villa we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. The villa is huge and really light and spacious. It’s easy to find as It’s on the main coastal road of Croatia so a straight drive from the airport. On arrival the owners had put out such a huge spread of food for us which was a life saver as we were starving and it was late. The views from the villa are stunning from every window/balcony/pool area. The beach is a 30 second walk away with the nicest and cheapest beach bar and restaurant. You can sit and eat lovely food overlooking your children playing in the crystal clear sea. It was out of season while we were there and we needed to hire a car but could find no where open. The owner Natalija has a car delivered and picked up right outside our villa and it was really cheap. They really can’t do enough for you. We are already looking to see when we can book again as this villa is an absolute dream. You won’t be disappointed. The only slight thing I would mention is that the living room and kitchen are open plan which is beautiful but there are marble tile steps going both up and down so little explorers could easily get hurt. We placed the sofa stool and coffee table over them to stop our baby from going up or down but maybe some removable gates would be better. I’m seriously struggling to find anything negative about this villa at all. I’ve never left a gift for villa owners before but we felt so looked after that I was compelled to this time. Urlaub mit der Familie
Wir haben im Oktober 2019 die goldene Hochzeit meiner Schwiegereltern mit der Familie dort gefeiert. Mein Schwager mit Frau und seinen Kindern, mein Mann und ich mit unseren 3 Kindern und meine Schwiegereltern. Insgesamt waren wir 12 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr gross, toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, super gelegen.... Ich kann nur sagen es war ein mega Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Besser geht nicht :)) . Vielen, vielen Dank an die Vermieterin Natalija die sich total aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat. Man kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

An exceptional experience
We had a wonderful holiday in Duce, made exceptional by our stay in this beautiful villa, owned by the best hosts I have ever met! The property is even better in real life than the pictures and the location is unbeatable. So close to a gorgeous beach with the clearest, calmest water I have ever seen. Natalija and her family were so kind and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond their roles as hosts. The villa was unbelievably clean and generously stocked with food and drinks upon our arrival. So much thought has been put into every aspect of this holiday home to ensure the maximum comfort of its guests. We were a family of 12 (aged 8-80!) and had come to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Natalija even sent an enormous chocolate cake as a birthday gift for my dad! There are lovely restaurants (I highly recommend Local Bar and Kitchen) and a small mini market within a 3 minute walk of the villa. Omis is just a 15-20 minute walk and it is one of the prettiest towns I have ever seen. We happily walked into town every day, but there is also a very convenient bus. This wonderful property seems to get so booked up in advance and having stayed here I can fully appreciate why. If you are lucky enough to find an available week just go for it - you'll be glad you did :-) Thank you again to the most wonderful hosts, Natalija and family xxx

Amazing Extended Family Vacation
Location easy walk to nearby sand beach and restaurants and small market. Drive or walk to Omis for additional restaurants and sightseeing/shopping. House is very spacious and elegant. The villa is aptly named- definitely a paradise- comfortable, light and airy, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location, offering all sorts of interesting places to visit, plenty of nearby activities or the option to relax in the pool or on the adjacent beach; all guaranteeing an amazing holiday. Natalija and her husband were welcoming and attentive if anything was needed but actually they'd thought of everything.

Great stay!!
Just come back from a weeks stay and we loved it! The villa is spotless and modern with everything you need. The refrigerator with ice and water was used alot during our time as the temperatures were in the 30s. Natalia and her family were very helpful and welcoming. The recommendation for the local restaurant Sidro Bar was spot on and just at the bottom of the road where the villa is. The pool area is great. Our four year old loved going in the pool and had hours of fun! The villa is located very close the the beach. It's also close to the bus stop which you can take the bus to split and omis. Would recommend walking to omis as only takes around 20 minutes. There is a small supermarket near the villa and also bakeries for fresh bread and pastries which we used quite a bit. There is a large supermarket on the way to omis which is walkable but for a large shop you would want a car. Overall our experience was amazing and would love to return.

Family Vacation
We asked Natalija for a recommendation on transportation to and from the airport. She connected us with Franco who works for a company that has vans that can probably hold 10 plus luggage. This worked well for us and Franco was available to take us places throughout the week. He is very reliable and I would highly recommend using him. The Villa is as advertised! We were met by the owner’s upon arrival and they were very nice and informative. They had prepared some food for lunch, and provided wine, soda and juices. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used it for several meals. There is also an outdoor firepit for cooking. The place is new, very clean and the air conditioning works very well. There is a room for younger children that has a lot of toys. The pool was very clean and the owner came early in the morning to make sure it was always properly maintained. You can walk to the beach (1/4Km), vegetable stand (1/2km) and the supermarket (1.5km). There is a challenging hike up the hill behind the Villa which we did a couple of times. The owner’s live less than a half a block away and quickly responded to our requests for information and were there to say goodbye. This place is great and location. Omiš is a very nice, nearby small town. We walked the town and had several very nice dinners there. We rented a private speed boat on two separate occasions and visited Pučišća which is a small-town famous for its marble on the island of Brac, the Blue Lagoon, and swan. We also visited Hvar and Split on our second trip. The water is crystal clear and very refreshing. If you really want to get to the nearby islands and are short on time, a speedboat is the way to go. We also took an afternoon to go white water rafting. We were told that this was level 2 this time of the year which seemed accurate. They drove us 45 minutes from downtown Omiš to the starting point. Rafting was fun and, in a few places, you can jump in the very clean river to swim. We also stopped at a place to cliff dive (7m) into a deep pool. There were many rafts in the river with young children. Our return to the airport takes around 50 minutes so plan accordingly. The airport was crowded and we spent a fair amount of time just checking in. Security really wasn’t an issue but once you got through security passport control was a mess. I would advise staying to the right once you pass security as there are more positions on the right and it moves faster.

Great Spacious Villa
We had a lovely weeks stay at Natalija's villa, the villa was exceptionally clean throughout and extremely spacious if anything it is even better than the pictures. We were a party of nine and had loads of room. Natalija was really helpful in anything we asked for, helping to arrange taxis and also a rafting trip. The property is just a 2 min walk to the beach and about 25min walk to Omis which we went to each evening. The old town in Omis is very pretty and has quite a large selection of restaurants to choose from and several bars. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly recommend it !

Perfect house for family holiday
Everything was like said in other reviews. Natalja and her family were very helpfull and made our holiday great. Clean and spacius house, things to do for both toddlers and teenagers. Everyone enjoyed. We rented a car and did trips to Fortress Starigrad and Mosor. Easy to use uber or bus also. We did our shopping in shopping center but goid enough supermarket and bakery in 15min walk. What a joy cold drinks and snack waiting at arrival. Would recommend house for group of friends also. Duce/Omis was guiet in April, for us it was nice.

Perfect house, nice location and service minded owners
We are two families from Norway (10 people) who stayed at Villa Paradise a week during easter 2019. The house was absolutely fantastic, and the owners too. We were welcomed by Natalija and her daughter, who gave us an introduction to the house and also had prepared a very nice lunch for us. The pool was heated and the pool-area was spacious enough for all of us. We used it a lot during the week. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach and the beach-restaurant Shooko Beach Bar. Behind the house is a very nice mountain-area with paths leading to the top of the mountain and a tiny mountain church with a stunning view. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Paradise!

Incredible Villa
We loved our stay at Villa Paradise - the hosts are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, they even laid on lunch for our arrival with all local produce and filled the fridge with drinks - the villa was very luxurious and was great for all of my family with the kids play room , pool room and spacious garden and outdoor pool. The location is ok but you would benefit from having a car to explore further. Out of all of the villas I have stayed in this is definitely the best

Outstanding
Myself and 7 friends spent 1 week in early Sept. The house was large, very clean and well appointed. The owners were very close and able to answer any questions and provide assistance as needed. Natalija helped us coordinate a birthday party and hired Chef Teresa to come too the house for a fabulous party, everything was perfect, not to mention the fantastic food and wine. The house is appox 20min south of Split, but east to get to/from as needed. I would highly recommend this house and hope to come back again.

Beautiful villa in great location with very helpful owner
I can only echo other reviews, this beautifully built and decorated villa has absolutely everything you need and is in a great location, Duce has several restaurants and a beautiful beach (2 minutes walk) , 5 minutes walk to the bus stop for buses to Split (45 min away) and Omis (5 minutes away or 30 min walk). Natalija the owner was so lovely, helpful and attentive, any requests dealt with immediately. She is also a great contact for Ivana the masseuse who came to the house and was fantastic for those of us with bad backs etc! We also had a chef Teresa come to the house and do an amazing private dinner for us. I would thoroughly recommend Vila Paradise and we cannot wait to return!

High quality villa.
We loved our stay at Villa Paradise. It is a really high quality villa, very tastefully furnished to an exceptional standard. We were 3 families - all of the bedrooms and en suites were spacious and lovely and there was plenty of room for us all to socialise in the open plan living space. We all loved the pool, especially the 5 kids. Lots of nice touches including the fridge being pre- stocked with PLENTY of drinks and food prepared for our arrival - we were able to enjoy ourselves from the moment we arrived. When we wiped all the TV tuning, our villa owner sent someone immediately to sort it. And I received a lovely gift for my birthday which took place in the middle of the holiday. Our villa owner helped us arrange some great trips- to the Waterfalls at KrKa National Park, and we hired a boat and crew for the day to tour Brac Island- would highly recommend. The villa was really well situated, we enjoyed mornings by the pool, and afternoon cocktails at the nearby beach bar whilst the kids enjoyed the water sports on offer which included Paddle Boarding and a giant inflatable play park. But there were lots of other activities on offer. Omis, the nearby town, is very pretty, and the more active ones in our group woke up early to walk up the mountain behind the villa and visit the church on top before the sun got too hot- stunning views. Croatia is beautiful with too much to see in just one visit. Would totally recommend this villa.

Veldig fint hus med god beliggenhet til alt
Kjempefint hus med nydelig uteområde. Vi var 3 familier i huset (6 barn og 6 voksne). Store fine soverom med bad og god plass til barneseng hvis det trengs. Barnesenger var også tilgjengelig på huset. Lekerom for de minste med diverse leker var veldig populært. Huset ligger 200 meter fra nærmeste sandstrand med flere restauranter og sandstrender på rekke og rad. Ca 2 km til Omis med ok gangvei hele veien. Busser gikk regelmessig mellom Omis og Split men det er ikke en fast tidstabell for disse. Vær oppmerksom på mye kø på veien i travle sommeruker, så turen til Omis ble som regel til fots. Ellers har dette området mye opplevelser og by på, så det kan anbefales. Veldig hyggelig huseier som også bodde i området og hjalp til med alt vi trengte eller lurte på. Rent og ryddig hus når vi overtok, og en servering med mat og vin sto klar på spisebordet. Liten butikk rett i nærheten og ett supermarked med relativt stort utvalg helt i starten av Omis (ca 1,5 km fra huset). Vær oppmerksom på at den lille nærbutikken ikke tar kort. Wonderful villa in ideal location
Villa Paradise was perfect for our group of 7adults and 3 young children. Lots of space, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen and a great BBQ. Main pool and kids pool were just the right temperature and all the outside area was immaculate. Beautiful views across to Brac. Nice bar on beach and a small supermarket within 5min walk. Bigger supermarket towards Omis about 20 min walk. Good bus service to Split and Omis. Natalija ensured we had enough travel cots and highchairs and was very helpful when one of us forgot the key! She made us feel very welcome and we would recommend the villa to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Croatia. Thanks again from June, Phil and all the family

Tolle moderne Villa
Zur Vermieter: Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich udn haben uns nett empfangen und Getränke und ein Willkommensessen war auch vorhanden. Die haben uns auch geholfen eine Bootstour zu organisieren und sogar uns hingefahren, wo der Treffpunkt von dem Bootstour war. Zur Villa: Die Villa war sehr modern, sauber und wirklich riesen große wie sie beschrieben haben. Wir haben aber eine kleine Anmerkung oder bzw Verbesserungsvorschläge. 1.) Im ganzen Haus ist gerade mal ein Fön vorhanden, da wir 2 Familien waren, wäre es nicht verkehrt für jede etage ein Fön zu haben, wir mussten immer den Fön austauschen, und die Vermieterin wollte uns einen zusätzlichen besorgen , aber scheinbar vergessen. 2.) Essbereich im EG ist ein riesen Fenster, ist zwar sehr schön, aber Rolladen oder Jalousien wäre nicht verkehrt, da es ab 18Uhr die Sonnen direkt drauf scheint, so das man nicht mehr gemütlich essen kann, ohne das die Sonne einen blendent 3-) Spielzimmer: Die Kinderbank ist schon am aussereinader fallen, die schrauben löschen sich auf, so das es gefährlich sein kann.

Thank you for your tips and we confirm that now each bathroom has a hair dryer and the new wooden bench in the playroom is fixed during your stay and checked again, so it is flawless now. Regarding sun threw the kitchen window, we will reconsider this because we have never had a bad comment on it, just opposite, everyone just loved the day light going threw it, but of course we will check what would be the best option for most our guests and gladly find the best solution. This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy with family or friends. The property is perfect and the location too. Natalija was a wonderful host and very responsive to our requests. Her family cooked us a meal which was delicious and provided vegetarian alternatives. We shall be returning as soon as possible.

Wunderschönes sauberes Haus mit schönem Pool und Meerblick
Wer ein schönes, sehr sauberes, großzügiges Haus mit allem Komfort mit einem schönen Pool, Liegen und Loungemöbeln sucht, der hat es hier gefunden. Wir haben im Mai für eine Woche hier Urlaub gemacht und es war uneingeschränkt toll. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, die Räume schön eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Und alles tiptop sauber! Da das Haus im Jahr 2016 gebaut ist, ist alles neu. Den gemauerten Grill (Grillkohle und Werkzeug ist alles vorhanden) haben wir fleißig genutzt, genauso den Billardtisch. Die Vermieterin und Verwalterfamilie hat uns super nett mit einem Schinken/Käseteller aus der Region und einer Spinattorte empfangen! Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt! Zu guter Letzt war die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Brac der Knaller. Das Haus hat 5 Sterne verdient. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und Spilt und Trogir sind nah. Für den Strand würde ich dort nicht hinfahren, der war eher klein und nicht ganz so schön. Das flache Wasser ist zwar gut für kleine Kinder, die haben wir aber nicht mehr. Aber wer braucht schon einen Strand bei dem tollen Pool!

The sandy beach is the nearest beach (120m) and it is great and long, most people love these sandy beaches, but if you prefer pebbles than it is not too far, only 2 km far, from Omiš and further you have amazing pebble beaches where you can enjoy deeper sea and can snorkel or dive. Very impressed
The villa is amazing very well equipped and perfect for a large family. Natalija was also just a call or text away if required. Our flight was delay on Easter weekend and we were worried about food as shop were closed the following day. We requested basic provisions.... the fridge was full of bread egg drinks etc. Our stay was amazing Croatia is stunning the combination of the 2 made our break perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
