“Another lovely stay in a Premium Room. Ground floor room with views onto the golf course and patio doors leading out in to a small open terrace. Lovely bathroom with deep freestanding bath and a separate powerful shower. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful meal in The Rib Room. Both hotel and restaurant staff helpful and welcoming.”

“We were initially given a room on the first floor, but on returning after going for a meal, we were asked to move, to a room on the ground floor. After five minutes we were asked to move again to the first floor, next to our original room!. The receptionist was very apologetic. We think the bathroom needs updating, it has a shower over the bath, but no hand rails, so getting in and out, can be difficult, as there is nothing to hold on to.”

“This was a complete disaster. It took us 2 hours to find this place. No signage from the road and impossible to locate. When we finally did find it, they didn't have a booking for us and hadn't heard from your group...bitterly disappointing. We ended up staying at the Marriott at twice the price. Please ensure that we are not billed for this disaster.”
