Peggior esperienza mai vissuta! La camera era sporchissima, i mobili semi rotti, il materasso e le lenzuola sporche di pipì! La piscina non esiste, e nessun tipo di confort, avevamo richiesto la culla, e l'hanno portata alla sera. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aggiungere 50 euro a notte, quindi leggete bene le condizioni di pagamento. La colazione te la servono tutta fredda, e non c'è praticamente nulla, 5 piatti in croce! NON CI ANDATE! FIDATEVI!

Tutto negativo, pulizia assente, personale sfaticato, buffet freddo e se non sei tra i primi non mangi, colazione con bicchieri di plastica senza caffè (solo a pagamento) tassa di 25€ a persona per notte ingiustificata. Expedia non dovrebbe accettare certe strutture

La cifra da pagare non e quella che esce sul sito tre prima dell'arrivo la struttura ti avvisa di pagamenti extra piu del triplo una fregatura totale abbiamo perso i soldi e abbiamo soggiornato presso altra struttura sconsigliatissimo rovinate le vacanze

Assurdo, peccato, non tornerò.
Purtroppo ho trovato il bagno sporco (di escrementi). Prima di dare una stanza si deve sempre controllare! Quando sono arrivata era veramente tardi e me ne sono accorta una volta in pigiama. Le asciugamani strappate però pulite. Il check out secondo la prenotazione era alle 12.30 ma alla reception mi hanno detto alle 11.00. Per finire tassa di soggiorno 4€ a persona e cauzione di 100€ prima di darti la camera. Assurdo!

Cucina pessima e ripetitiva solo pollo mal cucinato minestrone con 35' di calore. Molto sporco. Personale non preparato e difficoltà di comunicazione sia in inglese che italiano. Abbiamo mangiato e speso fuori perché eravamo nauseati dal loro cibo. Colazione SENZA CAFFE di alcun tipo.

Parcheggio allagato per perdita di fogna, dopo giorni nuovamente allagato,spiaggia sporca, a pagamento, con due personaggi che decidevano loro dove metterti usavano le loro pezze per far vedere che i lettini erano occupati, pulizia scarsa, ho dovuto chiedere di pulire il lavabo, gli asciugamani erano da chiedere insistentemente ascensore sporco, assemblamenti senza mascherina. Il primo giorno hanno bussato di notte per portare un divano, una seconda volta una culla non richiesta, manutenzione scarsa o inesistente del fabbricato, camerieri improvvisati senza una preparazione adeguata, sono partita un giorno prima

The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. When we checked in, there was no hotel information given to us at all and all of the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner and checkin/ out differed on expedias website, the hotels website, and at the reception desk which was confusing. It was also said that the hotel was accessible but it is not. There was no ramp when we arrived for a wheelchair, that we needed, and then the staff put out an unsafe plank of wood which was not fit for purpose. We requested an accessible room for wheelchair when booking and had confirmed this prior to arrival with the hotel (as was not guaranteed by requesting alone) - but when we went to our room the grab rail was brokedn off the wall and left on the bathroom floor, there was not enough room in the bathroom for my sister to mive her wheelchair and to safely transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet and no shower chair/ room for her to wheel into the shower. When entering and exiting the hotel, staff did not always reciprocate a hello/ bye so this felt rude and unwelcoming.

Demanded extra fees.
Big surprise at arrival...! They asked for an additional 25 Euro per. person in extra fees. We denied and threatened to leave the hotel. Then it was OK to drop it... The hotel has seen it's better days and needs a shine-up. However, we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed Durres.

Very nice, clean and big rooms, quiet og close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. They have not swimming pool or private beach. Check out is 11 am, not 8 am. Many restaurants and supermarkeds close by.

There was a front desk person and he was requesting me to pay 10 euro extra for parking when the parking it shows on expedia for free, I have 2 night to stay on that property and I bought some drinks the first night left them on the fridge for the second night and the cleaning people have cleaned all the drinks out of the refrigerator. The last thing I have to say is they were trying to make me charge 25 euro more then the price of expedia advertising. Thank you to expedia they have given me the extra money back. The shower was all mold and smells very bad.

Worst hotel on the entire planet
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL. We arrived to be told they had no rooms available and did nothing to find us an alternative. We returned the next day and they said they had a room but not the one we booked. The room was beyond disgusting - dirty, broken curtain poles, fire doors nailed open, dripping water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, shelves falling off in the wardrobe - simply appalling. The so called half board food is worse than school dinners and there is no customer service whatsoever, the staff are just rude. The next morning we went downstairs to see families sleeping in the bar area as they had also been told there were no rooms and others being told they needed to leave their rooms as they needed to give them to someone else. The additional service charge is also a complete joke -€25 pppn for nothing! The hotel also does not have any of the things it advertises…. No pool, no private beach, no beach cafe. It’s all lies. Needless to say; we left. They refused to refund our additional service charges and laughed in our faces!
Curtain pole fallen off and just left in the room, beds not even made with bedding.

Ei hyvä kokemus!
Saimme puolivalmiin huoneiston, lattiat oli ehkä pyyhitty jotenkin mutta kaikki lakanat, pyyhkeet yms. oli vaihtamatta. Wc:n kunto yleisesti ottaen todella huono ja likainen. Pyysimme lakanoiden vaihtoa kolmesti ja lopulta jouduimme itse hakemaan ja vaihtamaan ne, koska paikalla ei enää ollut ketään kuka ne olisi voinut vaihtaa… asiakaspalvelu oli mitätöntä. Kaikkea luvattiin mutta mitään ei toimitettu.

We don't get the room we have reserved. The cleaning of the room was bad. The reception was not friendly. The breakfast was poor, the dishes were dirty, only plastic cups, the tables were not clean, the service at the restaurant was unfriendly, for coffee and tea we must pay extra charge, for money exchange from Euro to Lek, they take extra charge. We got another room in the first floor without seaview ( wich we have reserved and payed) and this was better. At the reception we got no information about the city or a citymap. This is unusual. The aircondition in the room sometimes work, sometimes not. There was a leakage in the roof at the first floor near to the stairs, there was always water on the ground all the time, wich is very dangerous. We give this hotel not more than three stars.

Just don’t. You will regret.
I recommend people to stay a long way from this terrible hotel. We ended up just walking away when they tried to scam us for more money when we arrived at 5 am in the night, ready to go to bed. They said we needed to pay extra for «cost of service» which was more than the price we had paid beforehand for the actual room. I took the chance since it was cheap. Shouldn’t have done that, and you shouldn’t either. We checked in on another way better hotel nearby, with much more friendly staff and prices.

hotel asqueroso, con basura en el hueco de la escalera. no dan toallas a pesar de que las tuve que pagar como extra! llegué al hotel a las 04h de la mañana, siendo recogido por el servicio de taxi del propio hotel debido a un retraso en el vuelo y NO ME DEJARON ENTRAR EN LA HABITACION, PAGADA, HASTA EL DIA SIGUIENTE A LAS 08 DE LA MAÑANA. El hotel esta tan sucio que tiran la basura por el hueco de la escalera, la pension completa, no me incluyó ni agua para beber. La comida era escasa y no reponian ningun plato cuando se acababa, incluso faltando una hora para el cierre del restaurante, no me limpiaron la habitacion en tres dias, no habian sabanas aunque pagamos un extra por ellas. 130 habitaciones y un solo ascensor para 4 personas, habian tres mas que no funcionaban. el personal grosero, maleducado, no habia piscina y estaba anunciado con piscina, no tiene ningun acceso a la playa privada como tambien se anuncia, no hay tampoco wellness center, ni sauna, ni jacuzzy, ni nada de nada. desayuno sin tan solo cafe... tampoco funciona el gimnasio, tambien anunciado si pagas por una habitacion y no puedes entrar en ella hasta el dia siguiente, es UNA ESTAFA
Basura en el hueco de la escalera!!!
es un atentado a la salud, y una muestra de la limpieza, higiene y calidad del hotel

Die Unterkunft war überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen sowie Bilder auf Ebookers entsprechend. Die Rezeption und Lobby sah sehr schön aus. Aber schaute man in andere Räumlichkeiten oder hinter die Fassade lag alles mögliche herum. Zuerst mussten wir eine zusätzliche Service-Gebühr von 25 Euro pro Person bezahlen. Die Rezeptionistin konnte uns nicht erklären, wofür diese Kosten genau sind. Personal war sehr unmotiviert und half nicht. Ein Mitarbeiter bemühte sich etwas mehr. Dann bekamen wir einen Raum. Es stank fürchterlich nach Zigarettenrauch, die Wände und Decke waren verschimmelt und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir diskutieren für einen anderen Raum, bekamen einen neuen. Auch dort funktionierte die Klima nicht. Dann erhielten wir schliesslich ein etwas grösseres Zimmer mit funktionierender Klima. Die Dusche war kalt- es gab kein heisses Wasser. Es war relativ laut im Zimmer von umliegenden Bars. Im Gang sah es schrecklich aus, alles voll Sand und von Decken tropfte es. Sie fingen das Wasser mit einem Eimer auf. Auf dem Wc in der Lobby hatte es kein Handtücher, kein Wc-Papier, keinen WC-Deckel und die Wasserhahnen bewegten sich in alle Richtungen. Das Frühstück ekelte uns an. Der Käse schmeckte komisch und nicht frisch. Es gab KEINEN Kaffee. In der Lobby und auch im Speisesaal lag alles Besteck herum. Parkplatz hatte es- der war gut. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel keinenfalls weiter und sind sehr enttäuscht.

Hidden charges and costs. Not worth what you pay.
Upon arrival you are told about service fees you must pay that I was unaware of. €25 per person per night, which included my 2 year old daughter and 17 year old sisterinlaw which on hotels.com were both classed as children. So this came up to €450 extra that I was not anticipating, plus another €33 card payment fee. Staff were so rude and clearly do not know the meaning of customer service. I paid for a room for 3, which was meant to include a double and one twin bed. I was greeting with one double bed and a sofa that wasn’t even a sofabed. One towel to share between us. No aircon most of the stay. Complete false advertisement on beach front, it is not a beachfront hotel. And does not have any sort of views! They do not have a private beach, another lie which I don’t understand how hotels.com is even allowing this hotel to be advertised on their site. They had no pool and told me it was “under construction” there just wasn’t one full stop. Food - I’m Muslim, when I asked about some of the cold cuts or meat that were being severed they told me that they did t serve pork at all then a few days later they actually had pork chops, so completely unreliable and now I’m not convinced I didn’t eat pork. There was a leak at the top of the stairs on the floor I was on so going up or down the stairs was such a health hazard and my daughter nearly dropped down them. Towels were dirty. Cleaners kept taking out our electric key card so we’d come back to a warm/ hot room.
