Awesome!
Beautiful place and excellent services. I have been here for a couple of working days and experienced perfect days. Clean room, awesome breakfast and good staff are key elements that will convince me to reserve a room again in this hotel next time. I do suggest everyone to enjoy its services!

Inadeguato
Frequento questo hotel da anni, solo per la posizione rispetto alla fiera. Hall e colazione ottimi, le camere anni 70 sono impresentabili. Moquette a quadretti per terra, bagni con piastrelle di gusto post-guerra, arredamenti e letti d'antiquariato. Excelsior di nome ma non di fatto. Non comprendo come non vogliano fare un restyling che lo porti a livelli ormai minimi

Hotel pulito e molto confortevole
La posizione dell hotel è eccellente perché si trova a 15 minuti dal centro pur mantenendo un ambiente tranquillo. Mi pare dotato di pannelli antirumore poiché nonostante i lavori di rifacimento della carreggiata, con asfalto operai e mezzi che hanno lavorato tutta la notte, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno alla perfezione. Moquette profumata e bagno comodo con una doccia extralarge. Arredi confortevoli e accoglienti. Ottima accoglienza e servizio del personale alla reception.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
Sono venuto a Dusseldorf per "recuperare mia figlia dopo un corso di studi". Non conoscevo questa struttura è sicuramente sarà il mio punto di appoggio per le prossime volte! Personale educato e disponibile ed una donna italiana (Manila) alla reception, che ci ha dato ragguagli su tutto ciò che ci interessava! Grazie.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. So there is nothing to say about the rooms and their cleanliness. However it’s very sad that the doors and walls are so thin that you can literally hear every small noise in every room nearby. Thin walls and heavy chairs are also a bad combination cause every time me or anyone else was moving a chair it sounded like we’re having a renovation. I know it’s hard to make walls thicker but thicker doors are quite easy to get cause we were staying next to the elevator and every time someone was using it we woke up cause of the noise. And also there is no sense in forbidding smoking on balconies. We literally upgraded our room so we don’t have to go downstairs to smoke all the time. There is a high potential to be an excellent hotel. Maybe you should work on it cause most of the reviews are complaining about the same thing.

Fint hotel og beliggenhed. Men vi have ikke fået fået tilsendt koder til åbne døren med. Det tog 1.5 time vis whats app, at få styr på, da hotel ikke har nogen reception. Det var super besværligt.

Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist für ein Luxus-Appartement allerdings sehr klein. Es gibt leider keine Spüle in der Küchenzeile, obwohl dort noch genug Platz wäre. Da im Badezimmer das Waschbecken sehr klein ist, konnte man dort auch nicht das Geschirr abwaschen - es blieb nur die Dusche!

God beliggenhet i rolig strøk
Hotellet var glimrende med digital inn- og utsjekk og kun koder nede og på rommet. Det var ikke AC, men en vifte som hjalp noe. Rommet var fint og passe stort. Grei dusj og seng. Dobbeldyne.. Det var mye arbeid som pågikk med noe bråk fra det. De hadde lagt fram ørepropper som hjalp godt! For oss som var på messe var det perfekt med gangavstand til Allstadt og bane rett ved som tok oss til messen. Fint strøk nært park og elven. Vi kommer til å bo der neste år også.

Ich war zur Dokomi 2023, dafür habe ich hier eingecheckt. Mein Hotelzimmer war an sich wie erwartet vom Komfort her, für den gezahlten Betrag kann ich nicht meckern. Nur leider war es sehr warm in der Nacht, hatte ein Zimmer ganz oben bekommen. Zum Hotel als solches kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich nur zum Übernachten im Gebäude war, tagsüber auf der Dokomi unterwegs. Nächstes Jahr buche ich auf alle Fälle wieder hier für die nächste Dokomi und auch den Japantag 2024.

Der Check-In war war erst später möglich als angegeben. Die Unterkunft war schön ausgestattet, allerdings war der Boden nicht sauber und auch im Bad hat man Haare gefunden. Ein nächstes Mal wird es nur für einen guten Preis geben.

Das Zimmer war zwar recht klein aber das Bett gross - und sehr bequem. Es gab einen Teekocher und Kaffee auf dem ZImmer, Wifi war schnell und der Check-in super einfach. Tolle Lage direkt an der U-Bahn

Recht junges multikulti Publikum als ich dort war, dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Keiner da, der mal direkt danach schaut, der Security Service sollte 20-30 Min. Später vorbeisehen. Ich habe keinen wahrgenommen. Dann Feueralarm, alle mussten raus. Vielleicht hatte ich auch nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt, aber da muss ich nicht mehr hin. Ansonsten Lage, Ausstattung ok
