“Wir haben uns hier herzlich Willkommen und unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft war wie erwartet sehr abenteuerlich, aber mit unserem Citröen C3 (kein SUV) machbar. Die Lodge war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und die Aussicht auf die Zuurberg Mountains ist einfach unglaublich. Am 1. Tag schlossen wir uns direkt mittags einer Safaritour mit Norma an. Wir waren die einzigen beiden und es war eine wirklich tolle aufregende Tour. Das 3-Gänge-Menü...

“Un po’ di problemi al check-in perché non trovavano la prenotazione. Buon hotel posizionato in zona comoda. Molto gentile lo staff che ci ha offerto la colazione (molto buona) che non era compresa ed i cappuccini che sono extra. Parcheggio si riempie facilmente, abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare esternamente ma comunque sorvegliato. ”

“Camera confortevole e abbastanza pulita, la piscina praticamente non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare perche sporca e le sdraio rimaste ribere erano rotte. Ottimi ristoranti all'interno. Internet quasi inesistente, wifi lento e la copertura solo nella zona reception e ristorante, la rete del telefono quasi assente ovunque. In sostanza, nelle zone limitrofe non credo ci sia di meglio ma rispetto ad altri hotel a Knysna e Hermanus alla stessa cifra le condizioni erano notevolmente migliori. ”

“The room was fine, even though we were slightly worried as to access the bed on the mezzanine my children had to climb a ladder and so they always had to wait for us to go up or down. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner, with a decent selection of food at the buffet. The only downside was the the wifi, it was impossibile to use it, it did not work a single minute during our stay.”
