There were 2 giant trash bags just outside the elevator door. Wallpaper was peeling in the stairwells. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

The stay was a little less than ok. The front desk guy was ok. Whenever I asked for something for the most part he tried to help, but he also was kind of stingy with supplies like towels paper plates etc I did get an extra pillow when I asked. Also the building needs a real cleaning and we saw and killed little ants and baby roaches. No bedbugs in my room but the is bloodly buggers and may some poop on the walls in the hall and in my hotel room also some brown stuff on bottom sheet of my bed. The pool and jacuzzi were kind of ok they seem ti need a good cleaning though. The breakfast was ok too just need to clean the floors wipe the tables and change the bagels

The hot tub was nasty and sounded like someone was stomping on the floors all night long so couldn't get sleep. The only thing that I liked about the place is the front desk guy was very nice

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the room was unclean. The coffee pot was dirty. There was only one serving of coffe. No teas, creamers, sugar or anything to go with the coffee. No refrigerator. The food chooses were limited. No fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. No healthy chouces at all. The dining are not clean. The elevator was filthy. The parking lot had trash in it. The workout area was closed and being used as storage area. I wish I could post photos so others could see.

Hallway and rooms smelled like a Chinese kitchen. we were in the 3rd floor because they were redoing the carpet in the other floors. they had a need every where because of that. and they didn’t say the pool was closed

Broken office chair in room. Electrical outlet not in working order next to bed. Pool and hot tub advertized online were not working. A big pile of construction garbage piled up outside our window. Very disappoi8nting stay :(.

This hotel seems to be going through renovations. The floor in the hallway was caving in when you walked down it. The rooms were redone, but no bedside lamps, outlets did not have covers, and there was a terrible smell in the room. The cable did not work, so you could not watch tv. The pool and hot tub were not open. It was not the experience I desired. I could not stay in the hotel the whole night, I checked out in the middle of the night. Would not recommend staying here.

Swimming pool was quite cold. The spa water had a greenish yellow hue to it and also had a not so good smell. The shower control was loose and hard to get it to work. Took at least 5 minutes for hot water to get to the shower. The latch on the pocket door to the bathroom was broken and I had to stick a car key into it to try and hook something and pull it out. The continental breakfast was basically all gone 45 minutes before it was supposed to be closed by. Only one bar of soap and two towels supplied to the room when it was booked for 3 people.

Overall ok. For the price, Quite nice rooms. Rest of the interior a bit ragged looking. Breakfast pretty meh. Decent enough budget option. Not the best front desk staff- I had to walk to the front desk myself when I requested a plunger.

Upon arrival, the check-in area smelled of "weed" (yes, I know the smell). The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud sound so I could not use the light in the shower. Carpets in the common areas were very dirty. Breakfast was 6-9am, but by 8:00 the coffee was gone, along with most breakfast items (only bagels and yoghurt left with four small cold sausage links). I won't be staying again.

I purchased a room with a King sized bed and jetted tub. Online the picture of the room portrayed the tub being in the same room as the bed so whereas you could watch tv or comfortably converse with someone seated on the couch while being in the tub. And that was not the case. The jetted tub was in the bathroom and ended up not even being used because v of that factor. The TV was rather small I thought considering the size of the bed and the room. There was no telephone in the room or alarm clock. So if I would've needed a 'wake up call', would that service have even been offered or possible? There was a stain on the comforter and all in all I was a little disappointed because sure to the picture provided online I expected more than what was given. There was also a $50 deposit for the key that was returned at check out. When i had arrived for check-in, although it was around 9pm, my guest and I had to wait for a few minutes at front desk before searching down the hall for the Staff member on duty to register us. All in all it wasn't horrible but it was less than expected to be honest.

Not very clean, very old, wall paper falling off elevator and stairway alway dirty. Bathroom fixture old and very dirty, air didn’t work in our room and always noisy on 3 rd floor couldn’t sleep! Pool and jacuzzi not clean area around had dirty towels everywhere our whole week stay!

The room was dirty, as was the lobby. The sheets had stains and the comforter was dirty. It was listed as a non-smoking hotel yet someone had clearly smoked in the room and it wasn’t rectified before handing the keys over to us.

Thai place is in bad shape. Bathrooms are so old they look filthy (and hair in tub confirms). Beds are hard. Air conditioning so loud and obnoxious it’s impossible to sleep with it on. Only reason I would stay again is if it was all that was available for a ND home game weekend again.

Property was showing age and that is fine, however prior guests food on floor in our room and dirty toilet and shower is just gross. Plus the heating and cooling system wasn’t working. So the room was stuffy all night and had a smell when we first walked into the room.

The first room we were assigned was seriously needing remodeled and repair & then we were giving a newly remodeled room which was very nice. The breakfast room was dirty and the the biscuits were too hard to eat.

The location was under repair. I had a worker talking on his cellular phone talking outside our room this morning. The floor of the elevator was sticky. They completely ran out of coffee at breakfast this morning! Night staff was helpful finding a restaurant.

There are multiple "flyers" apologizing for the inconvenience that may be caused by their "renovations" but it looks and feels more like every other inner city hotel/motel that has been taken over by seedy criminal types looking for a den to host their wrong doings. The only positive thing that I can say is that the linens and the room were clean, and the air was on when I entered my room so it wasn't hot. The staff had a "i'll get to it when I get to it" attitude toward my concern that my television didn't work. I was ther for 2 nights and wasn't able to use the television until almost 9 pm on my second night. Won't stay there again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful....room was very clean & comfortable. HOWEVER - Young children were running through the halls and banging on the walls next to us and banging on the floor above our room all night long....didn't get much sleep as a result.
