Love this hotel. Love the pool set up. It’s safe and we love it. The property is clean too. Walls and doors could be tended to more. But overall great.

We were placed on the 1st floor, and just after 7am someone was cutting the lawn or something right outside our window. The fan/air conditioner did not work well. People in room adjacent to us that had an adjoining door were loud. Around 8am someone was vacuuming the room above us too.

Bathtub clogged. When my wife was talking to the people at the reception to ask for extra towel, they were talking with their language (not english) which is not suppose to be especially infront of the guest because that kind of rude to guest.

Staff not friendly. Was suppose to be able to check in at 4pm and room wasn't ready. Room was not very clean hair all over toilet. Not apologizes for not having room ready just told we had to wait. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however, we had waited approximately 15 minutes to check in as no one was at the front desk. We had to find an employee to help us who happened to be on his break. Everything else was wonderful though.

Great pool and slides! Very good breakfast; interesting that the eggs, pancakes and breakfast meat were limited to one serving per person. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Would recommend!

This is a new hotel but closet doors didn’t work right. It was relatively noisy as could hear neighbours in room and hallways were creaky despite being new but wood frame clearly. Breakfast was underwhelming and generally cold. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The pool experience was a disappointment. No towels were available. It was freezing cold and over chlorinated. It was not well run.

We needed blankets and pillows for the hide a bed. Front desk staff had difficulty finding extras. Swam in the pool twice and both times there were no towels available for the house and half we were there. Pillows on the king bed were very small and very flat. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but scotch tape on the walls???

Could be a bit cleaner and a lot of the furniture has big scratches and marks. It would be nice if the pool opened earlier. The main floor bedrooms are not well maintained at all. We asked to switch to a different room on a different floor. Overall the stay was good though.

Our hotel door was open when we arrived. The curtains were torn (shredded), there was a stain on the chair, and the phone did not work. I was woken up by an alarm in someone else's room at 5:30 am. We were offered a new room, but the whole experience was not good. I would not stay here again.

We stood at front desk as staff walked past us, we waited about 15-20mins to check in. Then the phone was full of static as tried to call front desk for a blanket for the hide a bed. Which I was told was in the bottom drawer there was a very light blanket. Went to washroom plugged in mirror for its light and got a shock quickly reached for plug to pull out of wall and it was really dirty. TV remote was disgustingly dirty. The good thing was the bed was comfortable. If they would clean the room it would be nice.
