“Non da 4 stelle ma pulita....Spa troppo piccola per la struttura e acqua della piscina esterna fredda...28gradi sono pochi quando fuori si è sotto zero. Personale della reception che non parla italiano e anche veramente scarso in Inglese. ”

“Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts bis auf einem Backofen. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein größeres Gepäck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche). Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird. Klopapier mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen !! Böden in den Schränken waren zum Teil nicht fest, so dass diese nicht...

“I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”

Un rafraîchissement des appartements serait à prévoir, mais nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Possibilité de réserver son forfait directement à la résidence ( 1-2 semaines avant votre séjour) et de bénéficier d'une réduction. C'est notre deuxième séjour en 2 ans.”

“L hotel è una cosa magnifica, sono andato con la mia fidanzata, sua sorella e il marito, avevamo a diaposizione un ampia sala con angolo cottura, bagno e terrazzo vista montagne e piste da sci, al piano inferiore due camere da letto comprese di bagno privato e idromassaggio, l arredo è moderno e curatissimo, l alloggio da la possibilità si mettersi gli sci o la tavola ai piedi e di arrivare direttamente sulle piste che si trovano a 50 metri ed è in centro al paese. Valutazione : eccellente ....

“I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. “In estate la struttura permette piacevoli escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike. La piscina riscaldata, la micro sauna e la sala gym sono aperte dalle 10 am alle 8pm, La pulizia delle camere dei letti delle stoviglie etc viene fatta dall'ospite precedente quindi prima del check out tutto deve essere perfettamente pulito ed in ordine. Il personale della struttura esegue una verifica congiunta. Consiglio quindi di lavare tutto accuratamente prima di utilizzarlo. ”

“We stayed on the Pichu wing. Everything was ok. You have to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags ect, which I felt was strange. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a toaster, stove top and microwave. We did cook a full meal one night for fun. The on-site restaurants are not worth it. “La vacanza in generale è andata bene, personale gentile, pecca che nn è segnalata che le lenzuola sono a pagamento, e anche gli asciugamani, 2 notti 40 euro x 1 matrimoniale e un singolo, e 1 set asciugamani. I letti li dovete fare voi e al termine delle vacanza disfarli, nonostante siano segnalate come pulizie quotidiane, mai fatte. Ci hanno cambiato camera x problemi loro di sicurezza e pure la camera l'abbiamo rifatta noi. Sauna nn disponibile mai il sabato e anche la piscina, wifi free nn...

“Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier.”
