“This was my second time staying at this location. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are comfortable, however there is one gentleman that works at the front desk that has 0 customer service skills. He is nowhere near personable and really seems like he couldn’t care less about you or your stay. He is constantly on his phone and can’t be bothered to acknowledge your existence. He is the only negative about this hotel. ”

“A due piani e senza ascensore incurante dei pesanti bagagli ci ha assegnato (credo il proprietario) una stanza al secondo (peraltro l'abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti ... Aveva messo un cartello "torno subito"). Sporco, palestra inesistente, colazione per niente curata. Con un travelodge stai meglio e non paghi tutti questi soldi. Nella zona sul lago ci sono tanti B&B bellissimi.”

“Very clean but needs some repairs and updates. Room 108 door wouldn’t shut properly and was offset in frame. Sauna didn’t work. Pool needs remodel and pump repair. Hot tub needs repairing. Only half jets worked. Not sure what is wrong in pool area but incredibly hot (so hot they propped door open) and portable dehumidifiers were in place. Breakfast was mediocre. ”

“This was a great motel. I wanted somewhere that was within walking distance of Saugatuck but would be easy to park at and not be crowded. This motel worked perfectly. You can walk right into town in approximately 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly. They were even able to check us in early. The largest 'mini-fridge' I've ever had in a room. Be aware that there isn't a microwave in your room but is in a common room along with the ice. Not a problem for me, but something to be aware of. I...

“Close to the beach and downtown. Will stay here again. Only minor thing was no access to ice nor a freezer but it is a B&B. Breakfast was convenient and good. Everyone we interacted with were great. Convenience store is near property. We heard another couples concern that their room was dark and chilly in the main house. We chose the Biltmore room in the guest house and it was great.”

“I came back to stay at the Wickwood Inn twenty years after I had last stayed here. It was lovely then, but I feared it might have gotten dated by now. No need to worry! They did a complete renovation of the inn. Still the beautiful antique-filled luxuriously plush rooms, but updated to a more muted and understated color palette befitting the current design aesthetic. The exquisite marble-clad bathroom was a particular delightThere is still no other place in town that holds a candle to this. ”
