The room was clean and everything worked well (ac, hot shower, etc) so if you are looking for somewhere to stay just a night while passing through it was good for that. Hallways and lobby had a smell of smoking, and I didn’t use the pool as it was cloudy. In the advertisement it said there was a hot tub in the pool area but it was covered with concrete and patio chairs so that isn’t there anymore. Front desk was friendly and housekeeping was friendly as well. Breakfast was good, had everything you can expect from a hotel breakfast. Near a couple restaurants so you have options to eat and drink if you’d like. Overall would stay again when passing through but not for more than a night or two.

Gentleman checking us in was friendly. (Laughed at my husband’s corny jokes so hubby was happy about that). Clean rooms. No jacuzzi in pool area like pictures showed. There was one there it looks like they filled it in with cement. That was a bummer because that was my deciding factor in booking this hotel vs another one. Breakfast wasn’t great. But it got us by. Lots of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent stay
Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Only reason not 5 stars was breakfast was out of many items - nothing in fridge, cold coffee, no orange juice and brown bananas. Overall good spot for our 1 night stay, just had to stop elsewhere for breakfast.

We booked this hotel just for the hot tub. Got checked in…went down the hot tub after our concert and it was full of concrete and closed. Very disappointed

Oily pool
The pool was oily and not safe! No hand sanitizer where there was the machine! The tvs didn’t work and no one to fix it. The lady in the front was kind!

Our first room had a problem with sugar ants due to the change in weather. We contacted the front desk & they were able to move us to a different room just down the hall. No issues with ants after that. The only thing we didn't care for was that the "black-out" curtains were only slight panels on the sides of the sheer window curtains. Didn't care for so much sun so early. Generally, people are in hotels to relax. The lack of room darkening shades takes away from the rest & relaxation feature.

All of our roons come with blackout curtains that can be pulled from both sides to cover the entire window! This can be tricky for some guest, next time please ask for assistance.

Comfortable bed but had problems
Several problems. Not really a bad room but there is a mildew smell that they have covered up with something. Staff are nice and try to help. When they did service the room, someone took and possibly threw out a bag of recycling which is very upsetting in itself, but it also had some receipts we had put in it by mistake. Staff tried to help me go through trash but we did not find it. By far the biggest complaint is they are apparently going to fill in their hot tub, and though it was advertised on their web site and a major reason we picked this hotel, it is already out of service. This is so inappropriate!! My husband has arthritis for which it would have been a huge help. Having that is a real advantage over the competition and getting rid if it is penny wise and pound foolish to say the least. They lost us as a customer, as did another hotel in the area we had otherwise loved before they did that. If they are doing the same thing chain-wide, we won’t be using the one in Bentonville-Rogers again either. I hope someone can get through to them about what a bad move this is.

We loved the customer service by the front desk clerks but the exceptional customer service was given by Garret He was very polite, kind, attentive, friendly, helpful, respectful and had a great smile & Amazing vibe. Rooms were spacious and clean, Big TV’s, Good Breakfast and nice pool. We’ll be coming back!

The stay was good, they could never get my TV remote to work so I had to to change channels the old fashioned way……they came in and got my dirty bath stuff but didn’t replace them…..but the stay was good outside of that

Room was clean, but there were only sheers for curtains & at night the street light shined right in my eyes and kept me up. The room smelled terrible. It smelled like that pepper smelling fragrance which I can’t stand. Front desk people were super nice. Breakfast was exact same thing all 4 mornings I was there, but it was good. It was hot and fresh each day.

Disappointing
There were no blankets for the pull out bed in our room. The breakfast both mornings was horrible. The elevator broke 3 times while we were there, and the hot tub was broken.
