“The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. Also the pillow that was on the sofa was very dirty and I was afraid to even touch it. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Wanda and Bill Remm”

“It was great. Super cozy but one thing we were kinda bummed about is that my family and I bbq year round and even though there was a grill and tank we couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. Also just a suggestion to get a better shovel, as one day it snowed while we were there, the shovel was super cheap and didn’t do such good cleaning.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Quiet and secluded from the main town, yet very accessible and not too far from any of the places we needed to get to. The place was great for all we needed and did not lack a thing. The only detail we would add, is that the laundry is not under the same roof, but in a separate room / place. This was OK for us and the host made it accessible for our need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would love to stay in the same place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I came with my family of 10 for skiing at Arizona snowbowl. the location is perfect, 10 min from the skiing. took a cab to the city for a night out, which was not a problem at all. very quite and peaceful neighborhood. enjoyed a spa after skiing on a mountain. this house has everything that a family will need for a small vacation. will definitely come back”

“I was super excited to get to this property and relax, with my family of 8. When we arrived, we couldn’t park because there was snow covering the driveway, so we had to park in the street(which isn’t allowed) while we shoveled the snow out with the one snow shovel there was, which was super inconvenient because it was wobbly, and we have babies! When we finally got inside, the floors were messy(not vacuumed) and there were water bottles from previous guests. Makes me think, did they even clean?...

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was a convenient spot for us with family living in town but an unlikely neighborhood for some. Our one concern was the steep narrow stairs with no handrail. Because the main living area (including the bathroom) is on the second floor with bedrooms downstairs, it was necessary to climb the stairs frequently. Without a handrail these stairs are a liability. Other than that, our stay was quiet comfortable.”

“A friend and I stayed here over my birthday. There are separate entrances to the two living spaces and I wouldn’t have known if I had not read the reviews. Totally fine for us, we like having separate bathrooms and breathing room. Both up and downstairs beds were in need of new mattresses. The downstairs was dusty and there was some gross debris in the couch. Pots and pans still had food on them. The outside area around the place was beautiful. The proximity to Snowbowl was fabulous!”

“Overall very nice place. Only drawback would be no laundry facilities for those staying more than a night or two. We had a great even though our plans had to change due to an unexpected snowstorm. ”

“We (6 of us) stayed at this location. All agree it was a wonderful place. Convenient location, access to everything. Clean, beautifully furnished and an hour and a half drive to the Grand Canyon. The garage was an added bonus as was the outdoor space. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Martin, the owner, was fast to respond and took care of a minor issue within the hour. Don’t hesitate to book this property.”
