In the middle of the night, there was 1/2 inch of water in the bathroom from some unexplained source. I called the desk and the clerk said "Oh, We thought we had that fixed."
In the morning when i checked out, a different clerk stated that they knew it was going to be a problem from 2/9 to 2/16. So they knew it was faulty and rented the room to me anyway. Bad decision!l!
Never was there any apology! Since Econo Lodge will do nothing, the burden falls on Expedia. We get to see how Expedia responds to customer complaints. Expedia, are you listening?
